Game for Aliens

Game for Aliens is a small-scale top-down action shooter that favors straightforward entertainment over complicated mechanics. Its science-fiction premise follows the alien sisters Millie and Merang as they arrive on a deserted future Earth in search of valuable relics. Instead of portraying aliens as invaders threatening humanity, the game amusingly turns Earth itself into the strange world being explored. Developed and published by nogagong, it uses this simple setup as a foundation for fast battles, character progression, and repeated attempts against increasingly troublesome groups of monsters. The controls are intentionally easy to understand. Movement and camera positioning are handled with the keyboard, while the mouse takes care of aiming and shooting. There is little downtime between understanding the objective and actually fighting enemies, which makes the game approachable even for players without much experience in roguelite shooters. The challenge is not simply surviving, however, because Merang also needs protection. A fun, interesting and simple roguelike with great art direction, Game For Aliens offers a bit of challenge and two modes (one of which requires beating the main mode). I would recommend giving this game a solid chance as it is free, so what's the worst that could happen?

This was such an unexpected good find, the gameplay is simple but fun, and the animation is good, the gameplay loop is easy but still fun enough to play multiple times and I also challenged myself to beat the game using one weapon only, it's a simple but great concept for a game, and it's FREE!!! Shame the endings a bit of bummer but I would love to see this game get updates, overall a GREAT and FUN game, would recommend. :)

Very fun and relaxing game, no need for some 150gb ♥♥♥♥, just play an indie game and this is the perfect example, 9/10, kinda repetitive but ig its part of a wave defense game, im begging u to play this

Love how unique the guns are, and love the art style and expressions. Millie with revolver is cute. Very short playthrough though, but I'm looking forward to their next game

quite good, like that it has an endless mode, is honestly rather high quality for the game type and cost. we like how it's puasable and you can see your exact stats. game size is also so small that it's currently one of few games i have downloaded due to size limits.
