I have been wanting to play a roguelike simulator game for a while now, and I finally found one! This game is so much fun and has great elements of both the roguelike and simulator genre. Once you get a hang of the mechanics, it can feel pretty easy to make it through each week. From what it looks like in the in game calendar, the last day is day 119 and I am about halfway through that. It really feels a lot more like a simulation game with limitations than a true roguelike game, but the roguelike elements definitely add some variation to runs, IF you even do more than one run. Like I said, I'm only halfway through my 3rd run. I lost my first run pretty hard trying to grasp mechanics, and then played about an hour of a new run with a buddy. If you are on point, you can get through a full week in about an hour, so getting all the way to day 119 can take quite a while if you're doing a full run.1 found this helpful
game was fine with the initial run, after failing once and restarting everything feels pointless, way too slow, and very lacking in content. for something meant to be replayed all that happens is you reunlock all the same ♥♥♥♥ you already had with no different order and the special upgrade item cards you get arent even random because they unlock based on day count and show up based on how far you are rather then chance, so every run is exactly the same, in a rougelike, whose entire personality is trying to be a rougelike. also the rougelike card items are so limited the mechanic is barely a thing basically buy everything the says multiplier on it and then run out of room before you even find a rare upgrade and not be able to sell any of them because its the only 2 times multiplier on price you can get and every other one is functionally useless. game just doesnt work
My grandpa didn't want me around his job. At least in this game he let me run the store while he was still alive... entirely! 10/10 for solving a trauma.
me and my friend are addicted to this lol
