About Gape Kape Escape

The game takes place in a distant future where human civilization has reached an advanced level of technology and begun an aggressive expansion into space. In this game, you play as an alien who must recover a precious artifact stolen by human drones. You will explore five maps, each offering diverse challenges and puzzles to solve. Your ultimate goal is to reclaim the artifact stolen by the drones. However, you must stay vigilant, as the area is still patrolled by guard drones, and encounters with them could prove deadly. The game requires cleverness, agility, and keen observation. You will navigate through space stations guarded by drones, search for hidden passages, and devise ways to recover the artifact.

Game Features

  • No Time Pressure: There’s no time limit in this game. You can explore the environment freely to find pathways and ways to overcome enemies.
  • Exploration: Players will navigate five maps: four space stations and the alien’s own territory during the human drone invasion. Each map features diverse challenges, puzzling passages, and a variety of guard drones. Players can climb structures, discover hidden switches, and uncover pathways forward.
  • Hidden Passages and Secrets: To progress through the game, players must uncover ways to reach the next stages.
  • Avoiding Threats: Players must avoid the guard drones patrolling the area. Encounters with drones can be fatal, so caution and strategic planning are essential.

Game Rules

  • Movement and Navigation: Use the WASD keys and mouse for movement. Interactions with objects and switches occur automatically.
  • Avoiding Drones: Patrolling drones follow set paths, and players must avoid contact by using hidden passages and cover. Some drones, however, are pursuit drones that can detect your presence, making them harder to evade.

Player Tips

  • Stay Observant: Look for alternate escape routes and clues in unexpected places.
  • Plan Your Moves: Strategize your movements to avoid encounters with drones or find ways to neutralize them.
  • Explore Thoroughly: Each map contains secrets that can help you find the way forward.
  • Take Your Time: There’s no time limit in this game, so feel free to explore the environment at your own pace.
