As a dragon lover who grew up with Spyro, I LOVED playing this game. Though I AM biased towards dragons in general, I think the devs did great work on the style, the animations, the visuals and music. However despite it's many great qualities, there are areas that could use improvements and a difficulty curve that can appeal to more casual players like myself. First off, the music: While great, it can get a bit repetitive the more you play the game. As someone who's played games like Ori and Hollow Knight, having a longer/more dynamic track or even more alternate tracks in general might help with immersion and atmosphere. Having a seperate track for night time is also a nice touch but has the same issue with the day time track after spending a couple hours in the overworld. This is just my opinion however and it's not a major issue since players are more engadged with exploring anyway, I just thought more dynamic music/soundtracks would be nice. The puzzles: Oh boy, the puzzles. I love doing challenges and getting collectables but there are a couple that seem hard or unintuitive to some players (like the electric challenge, ice challenge and crystal challenge that I had to look u…

Incredibly impressive. There are some big gaping flaws like the lock-on being problematic, the enemies being spongy and the elemental powers feeling... lacking. It's worth sticking with it though, because this demo is a huge and beautiful world full of life that can really nail what it's going for. It's not perfect, but for a free game it's definitely a lot better than a lot of paid games.

This gives me the feeling and charm of Spyro. Gameplay is super fun and the combat is really cool! At a couple of points I got lag but other than that it runs very well! I will definitely get this when it comes up!

Notes: While the game states you should play on controller, I found the game very playable on keyboard and mouse. Introacive virtual keyboard with mouse is really good. No memorable bugs, most of the bugs were really minor. Flawless on Linux. Dragons that may walk somewhere. Calling the bay Dragons 'whelplings'. A website with a security certificate that has clearly been abandoned. Imcompleate: Finish the final boss past 75% without dieing form metior shower. Unlock the christal element, probabely the reason I can not clear the coruption bosses. The other compleateable achivements. Biggest flaws in game: The dialogue remains the same reguardless what elements you have unlocked. Some areas being too hard to reach. All the element gate chellengers difficalty. The water chellenge I had to set Q key as down to compelate. Battle to remove a corupted area. Not knowing what areas to go to, to compleate an achivement. This could be solved with signs. Missing notes on how to defeate final boss, and some element locked gates. The final boss bring down metior shower when health is below 25%.

Awesome demo, would love to see more! Controls feel great, animation is solid, overworld is pretty and has enough to keep your attention. The volume of the voices is sometimes a bit low compared to the environment and could use balancing but other than that, I really enjoyed it!

I like that you were the dragon and I liked the story line.
