Goo Saga is a platform adventure game where the player guides an elastic creature named Goo in a perilous journey to find his creator – and with him, the mysterious purpose of his own creation.
Will Goo succeed? Puzzles, deadly traps and an army of foes in a labyrinthine underwater lab block his way. Goo’s destiny is in the player’s hands.

Good: + Clean and atmospheric visuals. + Ability to change characters density. + Physics applied to some platforms / boxes / barrels + Player movement can be affected by momentum + Keys/Buttons rebindable. Bad: - Extremely buggy. Crashes, softlocks, music not playing, controls not responding, etc. - All levels look basically the same (excessive asset re-use). - Basic character upgrades require each level be beaten 3x. - Very few music tracks, and they're all uninspired. - Story may as well not exist it's so poorly done. - Level editor accessible from main menu is mostly non-functional. Final thoughts: The graphics look nice, and I was interested in trying a new Gish-style game, but this is terrible. It's so buggy, and the story/music/levels so boring, that there simply isn't any good reason to play it. Not recommended. As a side note; If the idea of playing as a blob like in this game seems fun to you, it may be worth checking out "The Big Journey" on Steam instead. Fresh, Fun, Addictive. I promised myself I wouldnt play another platform game as I feel they are boring to my having played hundreds of them. Goo proves all it takes to curve my resistence is a great little game, one that my very young daughter enjoyed just as much. Its not easy to find a game to keep a young one engaged. This one did the trick. Its simple but fun. Recommended from as early as 5 years old. Awsome. (why the gloomy intro though?)

I've played goo saga years ago on android, was surprised seeing this gem on steam, definitely recommending this one to all platformer lovers
i played it i did not like it, but my 7 year old brother liked it but not for a long time so i don't recomend it for people over 8 years old
