What Steam players say
Recent verbatim reviews from Steam — separate from playze.io community reviews below.
Players appreciate the game's visual presentation and innovative racing concept, but are heavily disappointed by pervasive technical issues including cars clipping through terrain, physics glitches, and collision detection problems that make races frustrating and sometimes unplayable. Additional complaints include unfinished UI elements with placeholder text, poor control customization, lack of tutorials, and inconsistent difficulty, leading many to view it as incomplete early access that needed more development time before release.
The game is good but I'm giving it a negative review because of how glitchy it is. The car often passes right through the track, gets stuck on the side, or flies right off for no reason. Some cars are more glitchy than others. Did the developers even test the game?5 found this helpful
The screenshots may seem nice, but the game is a bare-bones dead-before-release early access, with bugs and poor mechanics. Even the basic setup is a chore, as certain menus can be navigated only with keyboard, others with mouse, and you cannot redefine keyboard controls to your liking as some keys are pre-assigned. There are some unfinished parts, for instance some menus just contain "Sample text here" buttons and fields. Difficulty cannot be set, races are hard, amplified by the many glitches (e.g. wiping out when an opponent touches you). The tracks don't have much originality, they rather give off a "let's get this done with" feel instead of a "let's make something atmospheric" vibe. It's quite revealing that - according to the achievement list - only 10% of the players played it for more than one hour. I'm within that 10%.3 found this helpful
I love the way this game looks visually, and on paper this is everything I want in a racing game. I can't play it for long as it is because seeing my car clipping through terrain and jittering around awkwardly on sections of the track is disheartening, and I wanna stay optimistic about this game's future. Remove this sh!t from steam
Lack of tutorial for some of the important mechanics and it's not without its bugs as other users have mentioned, but it's still a unique experience and I kind of wish this kind of vision for a racing game would gain traction in the future.
This is a great game, it never played well on my standard computers so I thought I`d give a shot on my gaming rig which has a GTX 1050 TI with 4GBs, runs great on extreme settings.
