The skill tree is cool, but I think the minigames are too difficult2 found this helpful
The reviews here are a bit harsh! I quite enjoyed playing an incremental game that lasted longer than the typical 1-2 hours. I beat the final boss at about 6 hours in, but you can just keep going forever after that. The prestige mode is called "rebirth" and it's by far the biggest meta progression tree I've ever seen. My progress there was far from complete when I beat it, so I've put in another few hours and will be able to 100% it after my next one. I only have two real complaints: 1) The controller support is kinda buggy, and a few things aren't even possible to select without a mouse. Unless it's an FPS, I always prefer a controller, so that was slightly annoying. 3) You can't zoom in and out of the upgrade tree, which makes it hard to navigate because it's HUGE. Took a while to pick up, like most incremental games. This one felt a little slower than most, but after playing for awhile the power spikes do feel good. I'll recommend it, but with the notion that there's better titles out there. For the price though.. yeah, why not pick it up.
The game was enjoyable up to about Lvl 50. The difficulty level went vertical at that point to beat the dragon. It's an AUTO FIGHT idle game, and if you hit the dragon while it was idling, it would drain your money and XP to zero, as a death penalty. I don't understand the logic of that, at all. There are helpers you can find by playing terrible mini games, that are supposedly being addressed. The money and XP curves also go vertical very quickly after lvl 50. I have played idle games for 10s of thousands of hours, so I have no problem with "wasting time", but the ability to find the helpers is minimal, and the ability to buy the prestige upgrades to afford the rest of the prestige upgrades would take hours that I can't even estimate. If the problems with the mechanics and game design are fixed, I might recommend it.
