I just want to move smoothly through the main story, replaying levels x times is so annoying, that I stopped playing the game at all. I prefer watching gameplay on YT to get to know the plot.

This is the worst iteration of the franchise. This is supposed to be a casual time management game - the grinding that is required to progress is ridiculous. The fact that you can complete a level perfectly, with all gold hearts, combo the checkout, and still not earn 1 star to move onto the next level is obnoxious. While there are a ton of levels to play, every. single. one of them must be replayed to get the maximum amount of stars (which has increased from 3 in previous games to 5). I found myself replaying a level to get to 5 stars and once I did, I would just sit there and let the time run out because I didn't want to continue repeating the same 3 mini-games in one level. The shopping system is horrid, It forces you to play through all 50 levels per stage, but you unlock bonuses/stat increases for those stages as you complete all of the levels - so you end up finishing the stage and you still have things you're able to unlock in the store. What is the incentive to buy those things after completing all of the levels? There are no achievements. Will I continue to play this game? Yes, I spent money on it. If I could return the game, I would. Yes, the game is fun upon fir…

The BEST time management series and definitely worth every penny. Many hours of challenges and play.

This is so far my least favorite game of the series. It is 75% focused on the mini games and challenges instead of the main story like in all of the other games GameHouse makes. Then they force you to replay the levels to be able to get 5 stars instead of you trying to complete it in your best ability to get all of the rewards. Not to mention, the weird shop set up where you unlock upgrades by going through the spiderweb of challenges and minigames. I think the only game control I like is the call button, up top, where you can summon the next patient instead of just waiting for them to arrive. I also like the little cut scenes that we can unlock. I don't like how to get them with that weird web, but I do like them.
