No do not reccomeend atm it is garbage when you launch on steam it is not even full screen and the roadmap shows up on right and overlays where you see new game and settings and so you cant even click on new game or settings to change the screen mode I wanted to play and stream the game sure my 21000k followers on tik tok would have enjoyed so sorry dev I am putting in for refund but if you fix and want send me press kit and content creator key i will try it again for now to it is a no go and I got to refund since cant even play1 found this helpful

how do i clean the floors after they throw up
love it!
Still very early in development it should be an early access, I cant even load the game because it doesn't support 2K screens and there isn't a way for upscaling it to my resolution. As a medical student i hoped for something to give me a glimpse of my future as the concept is pretty cool but what a wasted opportunity, I hope you guys fix this issue so I could at least have an experience.
Update: They stepped in quickly and made both modes available. Thank you! Why can't you play regular mode? The update today will not go past the tutorial on the chair part. I bought this game to play as a doctor and diagnose patients. Now all I can do is build a hospital. I played yesterday and was able to diagnose patients. All that progress is now gone and this is like a totally different game. I do not like this.
