This game is genuinely a great game with enormous amount of depth involved. It does have a learning curve but once to get a hang of it , it is thoroughly enjoyable. You can choose to play as a builder , a manager or even a doctor diagnosing patients. It is not one of those management simulators with abstract mechanics, the mechanics are very realistic and thats what makes this special . Thanks to the devs for this wonderful game.

After more than 440 hours in Project Hospital, I can say the game has delivered one of the most consistently engaging management experiences I’ve played. I completed all challenges (including DLC) and earned every achievement, all in mostly vanilla playthrough with just one mod (Bedside Examinations). The progression felt smooth, the systems remained rewarding even deep into late‑game, and the level of control over hospital operations kept me invested throughout. With the core game fully explored, it feels like the right moment to shift into a different style of play. I’m planning to start a sandbox run with the Hospital-All-in-One (HOA) mod, and I’m genuinely looking forward to seeing how the expanded departments and options reshape the experience.

One of the best hospital management games I’ve played. The amount of depth in patient care, departments, staff management, finances and hospital workflow is impressive. It’s difficult at first, but very satisfying once you understand how everything works. The 2D isometric graphics are beautiful and the hospital really feels alive. Hospital Services also adds a lot to the management side of the game. My only complaints are the limited building/customization options and the lack of a stronger career/progression system for new players. I really hope the developers continue updating the game, because Project Hospital still has a huge amount of potential. You can clearly see how much work and care went into it. Great job to the whole team!

Project Hospital is a fantastic management and simulation game. I really love it. There is a lot of depth in building and running your own hospital, from designing departments and rooms to hiring staff, managing patients, diagnostics, treatments, finances, and trying to keep everything working efficiently. I especially like that it feels more detailed and realistic than many other hospital management games. You are not just placing rooms and watching numbers go up — you actually have to think about how the hospital is organized and how patients move through the system. Building a small clinic and gradually expanding it into a large, fully functioning hospital is extremely satisfying. It can become quite complex, but that is also part of what makes it so enjoyable. If you like management, building, and simulation games, Project Hospital is very easy to recommend. A great game and one I really enjoy coming back to.
