- Tutorial levels will guide your through the basics of treating patients and running hospitals.
- Sandbox mode offers endless hours of content, building anything from small clinics to huge multi-storey hospitals, starting from scratch or in one of pre-built hospitals or clinics in case you want to jump straight into management. Run you own ambulance service and help handle events and emergencies.
- The campaign will put you in the shoes of a crisis manager trying to save a few hospitals in critical state.
- 6 challenge levels will test your skills and let you focus on the intricate details of individual specialized departments.

- Project Hospital also has a Thai translation, available via a special version of the game, go to Properties -> BETAS -> choose thai-language-support

I'll make it simple: Do you enjoy the SIMS? Do you like Scenario-driven basic business management games like any good Zoo or Theme park game? Do you like managing sims and building in general like RimWorld, Project Highrise, or Prison Architect? If you say YES at all then you need to give it a try. This is The best hospital SIM i've ever played, alongside Two Point.1 found this helpful
You see? I have this particular game for along time indeed, But this game lacks one of the most ordinary but off no less importance in any children, men or women you'll encounter in your life. The eyes, that's what I'm talking. Such a game, and no mention whats however about eyes. Nothing about OPHTHALMOLOGY. I could tell you alot about strabismus and its differences. About the absence of the lenses in the eyes of somebody and its influences in everyday person's who have to live without them. That's is such a huge absence of the simple strabismus that impact in a life of somebody who suffers from it. It is not a simple lapse of... OHHH we don't have anything about OPHTHALMOLOGY, I have this game for quite a while... yet Iplayed about four hours, maybe? I even check from time to time. But nothing. That is the reason I writing today. I would say this game is great, instead I will wait for some patch that fix it even after susssch a long time since the release of this game. I'll say yes. even thou I know you'll not fix this.

Wonderful simulator game, great for creative people However i will say this game has a pretty steep learning curve. Theres a LOT of content especially with all the DLC in the same way games like Rimworld have a lot going on. You have to really familiarize yourself with one department at a time, watch a lot of tutorials, look stuff up, etc. If you enjoy the fun of investing some time and energy learning such a complicated thing, i really recommend this game

Incredibly fun hospital management simulator. While I wouldn't honestly get this at full market price, I would really suggest this game to anyone who enjoys management. Granted, sometimes with larger hospitals the bottlenecks can get quite annoying; about a dozen notifications saying "X waiting too long" here and there, but manageable regardless. Anywho, I canNOT understand the other negative reviews claiming the game does not provide adequate tutorials and must go on to youtube because it's apparently so difficult to wrap your head around..? Which it isn't; you can sufficiently complete the first two basic tutorials that show you how to build and manage a basic clinic, and you're on your way. All it takes is trial and error; had to scrap two saves because I hadn't garnered how to make an efficient clinic/hospital at that point.
