After Mutropolis and Encodya, I am already playing the next good one. Like the two before, it is also set in the future. And again, like in last year's good Willy Morgan and the Curse of Bone Town or this year's Encodya, I am playing a young hero. Henry Mosse is the 15 year old son of a space trading family, just learning the business from his attractive mum. Like all the games I mentioned above, this is another feel good game. Cheerful, humorous, colorful, no violence. And no adult content as well, just to mention it. You see the environement through the eyes of a boy who has a Death Star hanging in his nursery room and is more interested in the contents of his mp3 player than the order book of the family company. Teenage Henry and his mother travel to different planets in their spaceship, get into trouble and find themselves involved in a terrible conspiracy, behind which is a sinister figure. All the necessary components for such an adventure are there - here you will find various planets with strange inhabitants, many interesting stories from the past, interstellar corporations, crazy inventions and a walrus. The plot is fascinating to follow, it is compact enough not to get bored, but at the same time it is quite good in overall duration. For me, the only small problem was that sometimes the game noticeably loses in rhythm, as if stopping in one place, but fortunately this does not happen often. I was unsure about this one after watching the trailer. Nothing really stood out about it that caught my interest. I ended up getting it because of the point-and-click genre (which I love) and the nature of the few (3? 4?) reviews that were up. That said, I actually think it's great!! It has made me laugh out loud a lot of times and I have really really enjoyed my play time so far. There is a surprisingly lot of things to interact with (which I love) and I find I am really enjoying the art style! (It's a lot more thoughtful and detailed than you'd think). I love how many different areas there have been so far too. The voice acting is aces -natural and smooth; not stilted like in some games - and it's so much fun! The characters really come to life through their voices. Even the vending machine! ( I thought she was just great) I am not done yet - not sure how far I am from the end but I'm hoping there's quite a bit more to go - it's hard to tell from the few reviews I've read (also, as a note, I've left the game on some, so my current playtime is not accurate). [H1]AUSSIES... IN... SPAAAAACE![/h1] Henry Mosse and the Wormhole Conspiracy is a game that was on my radar for quite a while, and I am really glad it's finally out and I am able to play it. This is a lighthearted adventure game in the vein of The Inner World or Willy Morgan and the Curse of Bonetown. I had originally supported this game through a crowdfunding campaign which was unfortunately not successful, so I salute the developers for pushing through that setback and putting out such an enjoyable experience. The game is suitable for all ages, and while I enjoyed it as an adult, I would especially recommend it if you are shopping for children in the ~9-11 age range. The game follows a 15-year-old boy who works a planetary delivery gig with his mother, a former space explorer. Henry is a good kid, but a bit of a troublemaker, and he longs for adventure. One day, when his mother in on her way to a meeting with a shady businessman, he stows away and tags along. Hijinks ensue, and he eventually ends up as a fugitive, wanted by a nefarious intergalactic megacorp. What a fun point and click adventure! I liked the colorful cartoon graphics and the comedic sci-fi story very much. I liked the Mother/Son dynamic and how it fit into the story. And hearing the Australian voice overs makes me wish there were more adventure games with Australian characters! There was a unique aspect to the game I thought was clever. There are two sections that have multiple ways to solve a problem. So if you are stuck on an aspect presented, then you can try another way. Or on a second playthrough, you can do things differently for different achievements. The puzzles were logical and fit into the story and I thought the challenge level was just right. There is an in-game hint system and for a couple of the main challenges there is a skip option, but I recommend figuring them out yourself. There is only one autosave slot, but it saves every time you walk into a new area. My play time was between 10-11 hours and and I enjoyed myself throughout. Henry Mosse was well worth my time and the game price. I would love to see more games from these developers. I highly recommend to point and click adventure fans!

Not the best Point and click but also not the worst. The first three chapters are kinda short, but the 4th makes up for it with more then 1 puzzle to work at a time and a fast-travel map. Could use a manual save system especially that it has alternate puzzle solutions in each chapter.
