Hidden Shapes - Cat Realm

Yet another generic casual cat game that repetitive and boring. ⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⢿⣿⣿⠿⠿⠿⠻⠿⢿⡿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿ ⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⡿⠟⠉⠈⠉⠉⠄⢠⠄⠄⢀⠄⠄⡬⠛⢿⢿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿ ⣿⣿⣿⡿⡿⠉⠄⠄⠄⠄⠄⠄⠅⠄⠅⠄⠐⠄⠄⠄⠁⠤⠄⠛⢿⢿⣿⣿⣿⣿ ⣿⣿⣿⠍⠄⠄⠄⠄⠄⠄⠄⠄⣀⣀⠄⣀⣠⣀⠄⢈⣑⣢⣤⡄⠔⠫⢻⣿⣿⣿ ⣿⡏⠂⠄⠄⢀⣠⣤⣤⣶⣾⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣮⣔⠂⡙⣿⣿ ⡿⠄⠄⣠⣼⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣦⣈⣿ ⠇⠄⢠⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⡿⠿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⡟⠿⠿⢿⡿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⡧⣼ ⠄⠄⠽⠿⠟⠋⠁⠙⠄⢠⣿⡿⢿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣷⡠⢌⣧⠄⠈⠛⠉⠛⠐⡋⢹ ⠄⠄⠄⠄⠄⠄⠄⢀⣠⣾⡿⠑⠚⠋⠛⠛⠻⢿⣿⣿⣶⣤⡄⢀⣀⣀⡀⠈⠄⢸ ⣄⠄⠄⠄⢰⣾⠟⠋⠛⠛⠂⠄⠄⠄⠄⠒⠂⠛⡿⢟⠻⠃⠄⢼⣿⣿⣷⠤⠁⢸ ⣿⡄⠄⢀⢝⢓⠄⠄⠄⠄⠄⠄⠄⠄⠠⠠⠶⢺⣿⣯⣵⣦⣴⣿⣿⣿⣿⡏⠄⢸ ⣿⣿⡀⠄⠈⠄⠄⠄⠠⢾⣷⣄⢄⣀⡈⡀⠠⣾⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⡿⠿⢏⣀⣾ ⣿⣿⣷⣄⠄⠄⠄⢀⠈⠈⠙⠑⠗⠙⠙⠛⠄⠈⠹⠻⢿⡻⣿⠿⢿⣝⡑⢫⣾⣿ ⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣆⡀⠄⠄⠄⠄⠄⠄⠄⠄⠄⠄⠄⠄⠄⠄⠄⠑⠐⠚⣨⣤⣾⣿⣿

Fairly minimalist with simple play, but a decent way to kill some time. Spin the boxes to align everything and get more of the picture added once you have everything lined up. After you complete all the pictures of a part you get a nice story sequence that uses the pictures to tell a tale, kind of like a kids picture book but without any words. Two stories and you're 42 achievements richer once the game exits limited profile mode.

this game is a great way to unwind if you like puzzles. it's very straighforward, just rotate the pieces until you get a picture. relaxing and fun, recommended.

So many puzzles and I LOVE it cats are my #2 Fav

Pros:

It has cats
It's very cheap
There's a "hint" button, in case you get stuck
I has some mildly-cute animations
Cons:

Tile turning speed is very slow (this should be a settings option!) It is nowhere near as fast as the trailer-video suggests. Not even close.
There are a few trick tiles (impossible to figure out logically; that is very unsatisfying)
Simple music: doesn't keep good time and quickly gets tedious. The trailer-video music was vastly better
Steam page claims support for 29 languages. No. There is minimal text in the game, and that is only in English.
No ability to view all the scenes as a gallery
This last point is my main gripe. After you've finished all the puzzles, there's no way to display them all as an animated slide show to view the story. Sure, there is the menu map, but they are not animated and they are tiny and you cannot see the details. It is borderline whether to recommend this or not. Sure, it's cheap, but I also feel it is too simple. You get a far richer experience watching the trailer-video. Still, its a playable cli…
