Hob

I love the puzzles and world. Having been a Zelda fan for a good chunk of my life, it's nice seeing the formula translate so well into a sci-fi setting. HIGHLY recommend this game!!

An excellent game. It has its own style and soul. I really enjoyed the camera gameplay. It was a pleasure collecting all the collectibles; there aren't a lot of them, but they're all in interesting locations. The parkour is sometimes dull and sometimes good, but it feels like the game is made for a casual player. The world, although open, is quite linear. Overall, it's ok, about a 66/100.

Great polished exploration/puzzle game with some decent combat. World is very well designed. My only comment would be that with the map design, it’s basically impossible to look up online for guidance if you get stuck - or mark points of interest to return to later (although the game will automatically do this most of the time. A little laggy in some spots. 7/10 - good discovery and brain game.

Hob is a pretty interesting crossover: part exploration, part puzzle, part action, part platformer, part adventure, part RPG. I think fans of these genres will enjoy it but I guess it lands best for players who appreciate strange games that don't follow trends. If you are new to this, don't let the first 20-25 minutes mislead you. This game is significantly more substantial than it looks at first. I'm sort of old gamer, I've been around since the '80s but I don't think I've played something like that. Without being any of them, it reminds me a little of Little Big Adventure 2, NiER Automata, Tomb Raider or even not too far off Outer Worlds - and it comes with a completely unique narrative style. It has its charm. It's worth mentioning that Diablo I / II composer Matt Uelmen's eerie music adds some special alien atmosphere. I'm impressed.

fun puzzle action game

I love this game. It's easy to jump into and has kept my brain working. I really like puzzle games and this is a great one.
