I have to admit that the art is lit, although some images have your usual AI issues. Everything else is garbage, I'm afraid. The ball has no discernable physics and gets stuck on a horizontal to-and-fro bounce. Your gallery progress gets wiped out as soon as you replay a previous level. Furthermore, the game is only 20 minutes long with no challenge at all!4 found this helpful
Decent Arkanoid from the devs again. I would say the artwork are decent but not that great compared to others. Recommended for the Devs!!!1 found this helpful
The only bug in the game is if you have multiple monitors, and if your cursor goes to another monitor, the platform to bounce the ball lags when you moving it left or right. Other than that, it's a simple game to enjoy. Would recommend.1 found this helpful
HOT TOYS, developed by Hell Bomb Studio and published by Cuties Logic, takes one of gaming's oldest concepts and repackages it with a modern collectible twist. Built around the timeless brick-breaker formula popularized decades ago, the game invites players to clear colorful block arrangements while gradually unlocking a gallery of stylized artwork. It is a release that makes no attempt to disguise its inspirations, instead leaning heavily into nostalgia while adding enough incentive to keep players engaged from one stage to the next. The gameplay is immediately familiar. Players control a paddle at the bottom of the screen, bouncing a ball upward to destroy blocks and gather various bonuses. Power-ups occasionally alter the pace of play, whether by expanding the paddle, increasing the number of balls in circulation, or introducing additional effects that make levels more dynamic. The controls are simple and intuitive, making HOT TOYS an easy recommendation for players who enjoy arcade experiences that can be picked up and enjoyed without a lengthy tutorial or significant time investment. What distinguishes the game from countless other brick-breaking titles is its progression sy…
Simple bat and ball game. Good music and relaxing. Animation is AI
I really don't expect much from these games, but this was really sub-par. It's a basic block-breaker game to reveal the images. The cartoons aren't bad, but the game starts with a very simple 4X4 grid, and never changed? I'm only five levels in, but that is what is going on so far. It certainly can't be an effort to make the game get a little bit longer. Also with even the most basic of these games I expect where the ball hits the paddle to have some impact on where it goes, more left, more right, straight back up, not this one. Worst of all though is the games tendency for the ball to get stuck going left and right. Sure, I would have liked any kind of power up, but a game that simply gets stuck with no recourse is horrible. Even at a buck US, this is a no from me. ADDENDUM: 25 minutes, start to finish. They could probably get away with saying twenty pictures, but it is really ten pictures shown twice, once with and once without some clothing. The game never got any more interesting.
