It's a shame to see games like this. If the developers had put in more effort, they could have made it so much better. It just seems so half-hearted. The voice acting is also unnatural and feels like it was generated by AI. I checked to see if there were any other endings to this game, but there aren't. There's only one, and it feels so empty to end it that way. I do not recommend this game :(2 found this helpful
I really want to like this game, it has so much potential. The voice acting is flat and emotionless, so many jump scares but no atomsphere. The story is weird and feels inconsistent, There is a lot of potential here Id give it a 4/10
The game was really good, the graphics were good as was the storyline. The only thing that could be worked on in my opinion is to work on the ending to make it better but overall it was a really good game. I will be referring this game to others.
just dont play it
so many bug bro
House of Lost Souls – Review I went into this one hopeful, but it really didn’t deliver. While there were a few solid jumpscares, the overall experience fell flat due to recycled assets, a strange story, and AI-generated voice acting that ruined the atmosphere. I love supporting indie developers, but this game just didn’t hit the mark. Their previous release MosGhost was better for sure. ⭐ Rating: 3/10 (A couple of scares keep it from being a total loss, but overall not recommended.) ✅ Pros: A few decent jumpscares that genuinely got me. Indie dev passion is always worth supporting, even if the execution missed here. ❌ Cons: Recycled assets make the world feel generic and uninspired. Story is confusing and doesn’t come together. AI voice acting kills immersion — real actors, even budget ones, would’ve made a huge difference. Short experience with little replay value. Final Verdict House of Lost Souls has brief moments of tension, but overall feels like AI slop with little originality. I hope the developer takes the feedback to heart, because there’s potential here if more effort goes into story, originality, and proper voice work. TL;DR: 3/10 – Some jumpscares, but th…
