Which is a shame because, as I said, it is a brilliant idea. At the moment I cannot recommend it alas, because it is quite badly broken. I wanted to like this game, but it didn't take long to see that it wasn't what I was looking for. The fact they use TTS for the voices means you aren't hearing anything that seems like normal speech. The stability isn't great, and crashes the steam deck on startup. The controls are janky, and difficult to use. I could see this being great, but it needs more time in the oven and some native speaker voice work.4 found this helpful

I was going to give it a positive review even though it's incomplete and I knew there would be bugs. However, I can't even get past the second task because no matter where I am in the village left-clicking makes me talk to the lady who I'm doing the task for. So I am completely stuck and can't get further than the first few minutes of the game. Tremendously disappointing after waiting so long to give this thing a try. I really hope it doesn't take them a year to fix this because I was enjoying it up until that point. Edit: They fixed the issue!
