I love when an indie horror is actually scary & not just a repetitive task simulator. This game genuinely had me feeling on edge and feeling like the entire time I was being watched or stalked by something, even on the quieter parts of the game. I never truly felt like I was in a safe place to just chill & I really loved that because I feel like not enough horror games give me that fear The graphics were actually good, they weren't the typical PS2 style graphics you see from almost every other indie horror. The attention to detail in the game was really nice too, it was so fun cutting about the house & reading all the little notes & posters that our character & her daughter left. I also really enjoyed the soundtrack too, I felt like it was a good addition to the story and was very much in theme with what was happening in the story. I really recommend this game! It was scary enough that it had even me scared & I've been playing horrors since 2013 & consider myself pretty desensitized to most horror elements.3 found this helpful

Really fecked it up on a possibly great game. The style of the game looks amazing and in fact it started off pretty strong. The jumpscares were actually pretty great. But then the glorification of suicide on the bed with the song pl;aying in the background as she bled out and the fixation of the gore porn and having the girl naked in the snow self mutilating made me turn away.3 found this helpful
