Idle Fields

Naturally, at the moment... I have to say, there is no game. Progress is slow. If you asked me directly, I would say it's a game you check in every x(4-12) hours in order to see the progress, and then quickly check back out because there's nothing to do. On the plus side, they are currently working on it so it's not fully a lost cause - there is potential for this to change in the future. But currently? You start up the game, get set up, and check in on occasion to collect the idle rewards, and that's it. I haven't seen anything worth sticking around for, though I do admire the fact that a bit of effort has been put into building the home base. Ultimately, you upgrade everything as best as you can, close the game, and then check in every x amount of hours to collect progress. I expected a little bit more at the start, but whatever. It's a cute game, and for 80% off (spending no more than $1) it's worth it imo lmao.

6/10: This game is basically all about leveling your skills. That’s it. No story, no real progression, nothing pulling you forward except watching numbers climb. Honestly, it feels like a small experimental project that later got pushed onto steam just to see what would happen. if you enjoy idle games purely for easy progress and straightforward achievement hunting, grab it on sale and you’ll get exactly what you expect. But if you’re looking for anything more narrative, a sense of purpose, or even a hint of direction, you’ll probably walk away disappointed.

I'll rate it as positive because it has provided a bit of entertainment, but at the half way mark and road to 100% it's really boring. You do nothing, log in, get your xp, maybe craft better gear and then log out. Rinse and repeat.

I didn't realize how addicted I was going to get to this game when I first started playing it. It's super fun and there's lots of variety. The dev also still puts time into it post release which is really cool.

This is really hard for me to thumbs down, but I feel there is more meh than fab going on here. First off, let me say this isn't a bad game in any way, I was just disappointed, so I think that has colored my overall opinion. I checked the discussion boards to find info on the game (where is the recycler? PS it's in the barn, you construct it from one of the little tabs) and saw the Dev was there responding to stuff in 2025. So, I absolutely love an active Dev~! Thanks, friend! Its fun at first but very early on all the gameplay asspects are removed and its just afk. There is no uppgrades or anything to do with the money so its really just a playtime farmer
