Very fun and unique game. Would highly recommend. The story is the highlight of this game.1 found this helpful
I adore these games with all m heart and will continue to boast about them to everyone I can! The historical factors are so nice to see and have a grand amount of accuracy I'm on the edge of my seat for a new game and managed to get some new friends to want to cosplay the characters after playing the second game for them! I absolutely adore all of the outfits the style and the unique story!1 found this helpful
This game is a hidden gem. The low poly PS1 inspired art style gives it such a nostalgic feel that I couldn’t help but fall in love with it immediately. The sewing patterns and outfit changes were such a cute addition too I loved being able to change Annabelle’s look. The story is really interesting, watching everyone’s imaginary friends come to life at Grimwell State Institution kept me hooked, and the voice actors did a good job bringing the characters to life. Just a heads up: this is a slow paced story game. The controls are super straightforward just arrow keys, your mouse, and E to interact. Nothing demanding, so anyone can play it. For a smaller indie game, it delivers a solid experience. That said, I do wish the other characters felt more integrated into the world. During scenes like laundry or class, they’re just standing or sitting around instead of actually doing things. More NPCs moving through the hallways would’ve made Grimwell feel more alive, though maybe the emptiness is intentional to keep that eerie vibe. Watching Annabelle’s reality unravel is genuinely unsettling in the best way. Annabelle deserves all the happiness in the world and I’m rooting for her! I re…1 found this helpful
love it and can not wait to the DLC <3
I enjoyed this game quite a bit, it did great world building as a sequel from Imaginary Friend Asylum. I'd love to see more of it!
I have played the game and it is such an underrated gem! Looking forward to seeing the future chapters soon!
