In Sink: A Co-Op Escape Prologue

In Sink: A Co Op Escape Prologue is exactly the kind of cooperative puzzle game I enjoy playing with someone else. I start out stranded on a desert island, but things quickly become much stranger when portals lead into completely different locations. I liked how the game makes communication just as important as solving the puzzles, because I cannot simply work everything out on my own. The puzzles are designed around both players sharing information. I might be looking at one side of a mechanism while my partner has the information needed to understand what I am supposed to do. There are switches, wheels, pressure plates, symbols, colors and other environmental clues that require us to constantly explain what we are seeing. I really enjoyed this because it makes even simple puzzles feel much more satisfying once we finally understand what connects everything together. I also liked that the game avoids relying heavily on written instructions. A lot of the puzzle language comes from shapes, signs and visual patterns, which makes the challenges feel more intuitive. The hint system is another nice touch because it can help when we are completely stuck without immediately giving away …

The games was confusing at first but you’ll get a hang of it

Pretty interesting coop puzzle game, we'll be sure to play the full game too. Prologue is the same as the demo but with achievements. As we already played the demo we just ran through it.
