About Ink Inside - First Page
Ink Inside: First Page is the fun prologue to the hand drawn action RPG with the heart of a Saturday Morning Cartoon! Created by some of the minds behind Steven Universe: Unleash the Light, Ink Inside lets you play as Stick, an unfinished doodle trapped in a box of notebooks beneath a slowly leaking ceiling. As the water seeps into the notebooks, it warps the drawings inside and turns once friendly doodles into mindless, soggy monsters.

You can fight back against the invading “Sog” by hitting them in the face with dodgeball “CORES!” Hold and aim your attack before letting go at just the right time to trigger unique weapon “perks” - then get in close and knock the wet out of them with a melee combo. Use more unique cores and combo attacks in action-packed dodgeball-meets-beat-em-up style combat that will see you dodging patterns of projectiles, using specials, and mastering a unique form of action RPG combat!

Get even more buff by collecting new gear, unlocking stronger abilities, and filling your COOL MOVES bar to BREAK THE RULES and deal extra damage by smashing through the invisible wall protecting your enemies.

Explore sprawling, gorgeously illustrated worlds, from the Fuzzball Forest to the Cloud Factory to meet and recruit a colorful team of characters to help you on your journey. From the dependable Detective Fuzz to Traff, the Princess of Cursing, who hits like a truck and talks like a truck driver, there’s plenty of characters to meet and loot to discover!

Work together with a friend in local CO-OP to save your allies and battle back the waves of wetness corrupting the world!
Experience the first few hours of INK INSIDE in this standalone instalment for FREE! And once your journey is going, you can easily transfer your save to the full game to finish your quest!
Bear in mind that you'll need a controller in order to play in local multiplayer!

"Ink Inside - First Page" is not a game. It's an advertisement for a product called "Ink Inside". Ink Inside is a mediocre and arguably failed attempt to make a 2.5D cartoony RPG with a convoluted yet also utterly uninteresting plot about a failed cartoon, a character "inked" into existence... ugh. It's like you take the plot for Bendy and the Ink Machine, remove all the good bits, and leave the rest in a lacklustre console-esque action game... in fact I'm a little curious why this was rejected by Sony and Microsoft for their respective consoles. Ink Inside isn't even a complete game, the developers gave up halfway through and published what they'd done as if it was a complete game. If I had gotten suckered into buying it without being told that, I'd be feeling very ripped off. But this isn't completely relevant because this is not Ink Inside, it's just an advertisment for it, so it's not correct to try to review that completely distinct product. We must instead review this for what it is... an advertisement. If you enjoy advertisements, you can consume them for free on the web or on Youtube without needing to add them to your game library, download them, and then launch t…5 found this helpful
I enjoyed this enough that I grabbed the main game. Still looking forward to seeing more.1 found this helpful
After playing for only two sessions - and laughing more than a dozen times to it in one day I can confidently say this is already one of my favorite games of the year. The characters are so amazing, the portrayal of serious topics is never too serious, and the music will stick in your head. I adore this game with all my heart.
This game is AMAZING. It has amazing art, absolutely lovable characters, cool game concept, interesting and lived-in world building and the catchiest soundtrack I've heard this year.
My new favorite when it comes to "earthbound"-like indie RPG games. "Ink Inside" has incredibly good writing, voice acting, characters, and artwork. I've never been in a dodgeball match myself, I think, but this game manages to encapsulate some fun ways to aim and attack things REALLY well.
