OVERVIEW
Insiders is a single-player, open-world survival game set within the human body. The player needs to explore the environment, mine resources, craft items, build bases, follow quests, and fight microorganisms such as viruses, parasites and bacteria while looking for a cure.

Story
The cancer rate of human beings in this era has increased dramatically, and the only cure is inside our bodies. The technology to shrink physical objects and live human beings into microscopic size has recently been discovered, you and your ship have been shrunk and injected inside one severely ill patient with multiple diseases to find a potential cure. The patient is dying quickly, and you are the last hope of humanity to eradicate this horrible disease once and for all. Are you able to find the cure for cancer? Or are you going to find something else?

Gameplay
This is a one-way trip, your ship needs fuel and air to keep the systems running. You can harvest resources from dead microbes or mine minerals from the blood and nutrients inside the body. You can then convert these resources to important items that will aid you in your mission. You can craft weapons, mining lasers, shields, engines and other ships components. You can also upgrade your ship software to increase speed and energy.

Combat
Your ship can use its shields to block enemy attacks or use evasive maneuvers to dodge enemy projectiles or escape from hordes of bacterias. You have cannons and ray weapons at your disposal. In time you will learn to craft even more advanced weapons and upgrade your ship to fight stronger more volatile enemies.

Scavenge
You can find unmanned crashed ships from previous missions inside the human body. Those wrecks could contain resources, special items, enhanced weapons and ship upgrades beneficial to your mission and your survival.

Base Building
The Building system is like a building kit. You would need to create a base frame first and attach important buildings to the frame for your survival. You can craft and build bases to store your resources, repair your ship and instantly teleport among bases. You can also build automated factories to manufacture advanced items and weapons.

Don't waste your money on this game. It's full of bugs and empty of content. The developer appears to have abondoned the game. Just a few of the highlights: - Getting wrong items from mining a certain ressource (shouldn't be hard at all to fix, but nope) - Inventory bugs out regularly and fills up with ghost items you can't interact with (annoying, but a reload usually fixes that; until it happens again of course) - Items within the inventory occasionally disappear (an absolute nogo; I lost a hand full of the late game equipment that takes hours to craft and/or are expensive to buy that way) - Descriptions of related Items are identical. You have to guess which is the better one. And there are no details (like the duration of the item's effect) - Enemies regularly clip through the walls, leading to surprise attacks from nowhere. - Enemies are STUPID. There are only two attack patterns. Melee enemies will fly towards you in a straight line and ranged enemies fly in a horizontal circle around you. - The developer(s) appear to only barely speak broken English, which reflects on the dialogue and descriptions - The Intro/Tutorial is barely there and feels like an afterthought, they al…5 found this helpful
Pros: - Nice concept, nice cut scene. - Exotic story. - Gameplay, graphic, sound track, sound effect are not so bad. Cons: - Game progress is very slow at begin you must do many quest to get new gears. (doesn't mean mining or crafting for me) - Enemies are really hard to fight for beginner. (no problem when you equipped with end game gears) - Your ship will flying very slow at begin, and the story line are quest running. - Seem the game are in development. I need to say something to developers. Did you try your game before release ? Many bug encounter many time, some bug are really simple bug. duplicate item show in slot, enemies move through object, some item was destroyed when dead, skipped quest show result as completed, some blueprint impossible to unlock, every resources in kidnap map always result as carbon, science point go negative. Yeah, I got 99.99% achievements but I not recommend because of this game are not in development or stopped development.3 found this helpful
I wish there was a Neutral option for reviews as this would be one to have that. Positives: 1) It's a space building/crafting game but inside the human body 2) It has base building elements so you can build yourself a little home inside someone's bloodstream 3) Good performance Negatives: 1) The "map" is so large that it takes forever to get anywhere. If you reach a dead end, then you have probably a 30 minute drive back to somewhere useful. 2) The map is so large that it makes any base building in the game pointless. Why build a base that you might spend 2 hours trying to get back to. 3) No updates. No bug fix updates or anything in the 6 months since I first played it. Pretty much shows this as abandoned. The game is what it is and likely won't be getting anything improved upon.
Good Game but damn after you do what you have to it becomes the most boring. Map is to small and learning everything is kinda easy. I would sing the games praises if it was bigger. Plus no frackin update since release. LAME want my money back (I wish)
This game has too many bugs that either confuse you or it will down right delete all your inventories you've saved up for the entire game. I like what the game was trying to do, it's just the bugs are too bad (even if it had an Early Access Label). I cannot recommend you get this game until it is fixed...
This game has a really nice world i want to explore. the only issue is its currently in progress.
