If you use Valve Index controllers, don't bother. Probably a great time if you have Vive wands, though. This game has a fantastic premise, the audio/visual design is great, and (on paper) I like the gameplay as well, It feels very reminiscent of that submarine level in I Expect You to Die. What I take issue with is the actual interactions within the command pod. This game does not have Index controller functionality, and I don't just mean that it doesn't support finger tracking, I mean that using these controllers seems to just break the game. The hands are not positioned anywhere near your actual hands, the wrists start at the top of your controller and extend what feels like a good foot from there. They feel less like virtual hands, and more like you're trying to press buttons and turn knobs using a ruler. The switches and buttons work well enough, but trying to GRAB anything in this game is a monumental pain in the ass. I nearly died in this game through no fault of my own no less than three times because I struggled to grab the helmet to put it on, I struggled to use the O2 valve to keep the cabin full of oxygen, and for the life of me I couldn't use the pressure valve …

Interkosmos is a virtual reality space adventure developed and published by Ovid Works that places players directly inside a cramped spacecraft during a tense alternate-history Cold War mission. Rather than offering a vast open-world exploration of the cosmos, the game focuses on a single high-stakes operation where every switch, dial, and button can determine the difference between success and catastrophic failure. Through a combination of immersive VR interaction, narrative-driven design, and a surprisingly effective blend of suspense and humor, Interkosmos delivers an experience that feels both unique and memorable despite its relatively short runtime. The game's premise revolves around a Soviet space mission that quickly becomes far more complicated than expected. Players assume the role of a cosmonaut aboard the spacecraft Zvezda, embarking on what initially appears to be a straightforward journey. As events unfold, however, technical malfunctions, political tensions, and unexpected crises begin to emerge. The mission evolves into a race against time where players must follow instructions, manage spacecraft systems, and make critical decisions while navigating a story filled …

You don't move, you don't talk, you don't even know who you are, and you can still connect to your character. A cool narrative-driven space game that's honestly pretty effective. Cool environment that actually feels cramped, like a real soviet capsule. Decent voice acting and nice challenge to keep your capsule balanced. Fun and worth the price.

I really want to like this. This is exactly the type of VR game that I love. Unfortunately, it simply didn't work. No sound. Not compatible with Index controllers. Hands are at the wrong angle, which makes all interactions nearly impossible.
