About Interrogator 2

The small town of Repriev, in the remote state of East Dakota, is gripped by an unprecedented crime wave. Rumors speak of a self-proclaimed prophet manipulating events from the shadows. You, pathologist Frank, and officer Pulaski are sent to uncover the truth, joined by a new partner, Charles, a fellow interrogator. Together, you will question suspects, connect scattered clues, and investigate cases that slowly reveal the source of the town's collapse.Every interrogation matters. Conversations shape investigations, testimonies contradict each other, and the truth must be extracted one word at a time. Newspapers, personal journals, and witness accounts gradually build a larger picture of what is really happening in Repriev.Note that the game features a small embedding model localized within game's files, not an advanced AI system like LLM/Llama/GPT. It runs locally, on your computer, game doesn't require any internet connection. If you're expecting an immersive AI experience, you will be disappointed. The Primary tool of input is either word of mouth or written text. Conversation is the main focus of the game. There's a humorous aspect to the game, intentional and otherwise.

Completely unplayable and boring. Not even enough room to type a full question. The suspect ignores interrogatives. When, where, what etc all leads to the same reply. It feels like I'm interrogating a goldfish. The suspect doesn't remember the last question I asked so getting follow up information is impossible. I love true crime, and especially interrogations, but in my opinion this game is the crime. The solution is the refund.

Refunded within 10 minutes, terrible in every possible way. No hope for this in the future either, avoid.

I have been looking forward to this game. It's unique and if done right, could have been amazing. Issues with the game thus far: The tutorial blocks parts of the screen so you are unable to see what it's talking about. Criminals will suddenly confess after literally just saying they didn't do it. I put in that I was 5ft 4in, I am so short I cannot see over the desk in this game. There is no critical thinking required for this game, it spoon feeds you the information to close cases.

This game has a great concept and could be a lot of fun. But, I am disappointed by the tutorial bugs and the scaling issues with the game. Needs more development before being able to fully play.

This is horrible in every way possible, maybe its my microphone but i adjusted the voice popup settings multiple times and it isnt picking up my voice properly, the ai is also horrible, there was better AI in farcry 3 for christ sake. I know its in early access and its an indie game but please work on it i was looking forward to playing this and had it on my wishlist for a while but it just is NOT what i was expecting. Hopefully with future updates it gets a lot better i will definitely keep tabs on it but for now i'm getting my money back.

Despite all the negative comments being posted about this game...I decided to give it a shot and was pleasantly surprised. The game is unique. I like unique. Is there room for improvement? Of course! There always will be. The game makes you think a different way and I truly enjoy that.
