About It's too late to apologize.

  • It’s too late to apologize. The ritual is already underway.
  • It will not take long. The ritual never does.
  • What should have ended here never did.
  • The ceremony continues, though no one remembers why.
  • The ruins do not ask for faith. They ask for repetition.
  • Push through silent devotion and carry the offering onward.
  • Carry the offering. Ignore the silence.
  • An offering must be made. The ruins remember how.
  • Do not ask what waits below.
  • Something beneath the ruins is still waiting for an answer.

Sokoban with some attractive but mostly pointless bells and whistles, this is thoroughly enjoyable albeit *very* short. If you get frustrated, walk away and come back later; it won't take long to replay early levels (of which there are only 5 total).

too short, and very poorly optimized, uses 100% gpu while playing without fail.

It's Too Late To Apologise is a free & short Sokoban puzzle game in which an offering (a cake) must be pushed through a maze onto a pyre, moving worshippers out of the way as required. There are only a few levels (each with an associated achievement), but they do increase in complexity with the introduction of an upper path (with gaps) and of a second linked pusher. Most of my play time was spent on the final level, which I found quite challenging (I am not a very experienced Sokoban player). Overall I thought that the game was worth my time and effort, and it was satisfying to work out the solutions.

Fun little soko-ban style game

Last level took me quite a while to figure out. The other 4 were straightforward.
