Jade's Dungeon Descent

If you have played Shuyan Saga, then you know what this game is about. (if not, you should definitely check it out !!) You play as Jade as she desends into the dungeon to get her own spirit. The beautiful music by Aaron Tsang is still present and so are the graphic drawings by Daxiong. If you liked Shuyan Saga, then this game is for you ! I will definitely play it more in the future. Still waiting for a sequel to Shuyan Saga !

I've played and finished this game. Pros. Music: 7/10 Story: 6/10 Cons. Game length: 1/10 Literally 1 hour !!! I was panic by how ridiculously short is this game. Fun: 3/10 Very tedious game play. Click random attacks and only 1 special where gauge is slowly filled each hit attack. Controls: 4/10 A bit clunky controls. Stuck in spikes happens.

Jade's Dungeon Descent is a mobile app that's been dumped on Steam as if it was a real PC game (it's not)... it's a cash grab from greedy mobile devs. This mobile app is at least a little bit better than your usual Steam mobile app (most of them are just cash grab clicker scams with mobile app cash shops). Instead this is a genuinely made game for mobile phones, and it's the mobile phone thing that's the problem. If you pretend this mobile app is a real game, it's just a shallow Chinese themed top down brawler-lite with a bit of VN stuff tacked onto it. Tap on your screen to explore a dungeon/temple/whatever and tap on baddies to fight them. From a technical perspective, as a mobile app, this doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. The mobile app features low-polygon "retro" assets with a cel-shading type shader effects instead of doing their job properly and texturing the game assets, making this look like a barely functional 3D game from the early 1990s. The game its a joke. You control the character only using mouse, but its not a point and click game or somthing, they hope that you fight with mouse; the view its a mess; you dont have a tutorial, a menu or somthing to inform you how to play anything. the senery its very poor like a bad mobile game, the hole game its to repetetiv. you have somethings to break during the gamplay but for nothing - nothing cames out of it and you dont earn nothing. my advice is: dont buy it, or wait to one day for free.
