About Jeffrey Eggstein

  • Eggcellent gameplay: Your clientele are dangerous, but can be satisfied through the timely fulfillment of orders. Survive each day by fulfilling orders as quickly as you’re able; sort eggs from your rotating inventory into temporarily available baskets in order to accumulate points and prevent the loss of reputation. The static camera angle and simple premise ensure the game can be played with only the mouse, and the player must rely on their precision, quick decision-making and reflexes to perform well. Lose too much reputation and be forever disposed of.
  • Eggpressive Levels: Becoming an international egg-trafficker is going to take you places. Some nicer than others. As your business grows the complexity and number of responsibilities you’ll have to manage to survive will increase dramatically. The press, the assassins, the police and your own insidious empire - how will you manage to keep it all in check? As the scenery changes you must adapt to new requirements, environmental hazards and methods of order fulfillment, all while sorting eggs as quickly as you’re able.
  • Eggsplore The Truth: You can't make an omelet without breaking a few eggs… Explore the world through other’s eyes. Unravel the disturbing conspiracy ever-present throughout the game’s story and piece the hints together. Things may not be as simple as they seem.
  • Eggspress Yourself: Pump up those numbers! Master all of the stages and work to get new highscores!

genuinely a very good game for the following reasons: It makes great metaphors for the atrocities committed by Epstein and his ring It has excellent gameplay which can be stressful but in an engaging way All the mechanics will eventually tie back to each other in one way or another Each book has a unique challenge that keeps the game constantly engaging, as well as tying back to my first point by explaining through story elements why we're there and how it relates to what we're doing

Honestly didn't expect much from some random $5 game that I thought would be funny to buy, it's actually ironically solid in terms of gameplay, and the cutscenes in-between books is really interesting bit. pretty much, i like how the story of Epstein is told through "abstract medium" where the environment is like very gritty and dark, with premise that you aren't given any context atall other than cryptic dialogues and the actions that you commit is pretty clear reference to what Epstein did. This game is like one big box of analogies, if you connect the dots then you will obviously quickly realize that cracked eggs means.. you know, dead victims. one thing for sure is, in especially last 2 books' ending, it was very creepy and last bit after reopening the game was actually kind of sick, this is super solid game. Worth your money, support the dev

Despite seeming ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥-y at first glance, the gameplay is top notch and the psychological horror story is well presented, if not pretty obvious from the game subject
