"Kickshot" is yet another of dozens of third person speedrunner platformers with a grappling hook mechanic. It's somewhat remarkable how many of these there are, and this is not the best of them, although it does "work". The movement and handling here isn't as polished and perfect as the others in the genre. As other reviewers have said, Cyber Hook did it better, and I couldn't recommend that to gamers, so I really can't recommend this either. In terms of visuals, this features fairly low quality low poly 3D graphics which will deter a lot of gamers, understandably. Gaming is a visual medium, and while some developers struggle with creating high quality visuals, failing to do so is a disservice to gamers. It's very difficult to recommend bad looking games. This game is fairly dated at 7 years old... and even back then it looked old and busted compared to contemporary, professionally made 3D games of the same period. It looked bad then, it looks worse now. Now on to pricing and value for gamers. Most "free" games on Steam aren't really free. There's usually some kind of monetisation, from nasty mobile app cash shops, or content locked behind DLC, or donations being reques…

Игра Kickshot - это невероятно затягивающий и динамичный аркадный футбол! Простые правила и интуитивно понятное управление делают её доступной для любого игрока, но при этом мастерство приходит с практикой. Физика мяча реализована на удивление хорошо, позволяя выполнять хитрые обводки, мощные удары и красивые пасы. Визуальный стиль - приятный и минималистичный, без лишних деталей, что позволяет полностью сосредоточиться на игровом процессе. Разнообразие режимов, от классического матча до аркадных челленджей, постоянно поддерживают интерес и не дают заскучать. Особенно радует возможность играть с друзьями в локальном мультиплеере, что гарантирует веселое времяпрепровождение. Есть небольшие вопросы к балансу сложности в некоторых челленджах, но это скорее вызов, чем недостаток. В целом, Kickshot - это отличная игра для коротких игровых сессий, чтобы скоротать время или просто получить удовольствие от футбола в компактном формате. Однозначно рекомендую!
