Attack for Resources

Great visuals, smooth progression, and more strategic depth than I expected. Every level adds something new, and planning ahead actually matters. A very solid and enjoyable strategy experience.

An enjoyable rogue-like city builder/auto battler that is definitely worth it for fans of the genre. Rating: 6/10 Overall: While King's Downfall may not be as polished as some of it's competitors it's very enjoyable and easily worth the asking price. What I did like: There is near constant progression, the puzzle like elements of the city layout offer a fun challenge, varied objective types, and the difficulty balance on Medium was near perfect for me. What I didn't like: I ended up using a very similar build order on most maps, there's a somewhat disappointing lack of unit types, and I'd really like to be able to at least change my units' formation.

Fun puzzle game/base builder. Maybe a little too challenging to be considered cozy/chill, but as some one who likes a good challenge I've had a blast with it.
