About Klaus Lee - Thunderballs
Dive deep through the neon-hued brash and bawdy '80s inspired classic 2D action-platformer with your favorite BADASS Kraut, Klaus Lee! Dust off your jetpack, grab your dynamite, and prepare your laser eyes to dive deep into Klaus' first challenging adventure!
You remember Klaus Lee, right?! No? Well, you should! He almost became a cop in Beverly Hills but then applied to be a private investigator in Hawaii and got bored waiting to find out if he got it. Moving back to Cali, he worked as an unknown stuntman while running a squad of troubleshooters that kept getting beaten to the clients by A much more successful Team. One time he barely missed his job interview at a New York startup and some dude named Zeddemore got the job as an exterminator of spirits. Did you know that Klaus trained Maverick how to both fly his jet and play killer beach volleyball? This is only a glimpse of everything he experienced living life to the max. Klaus was a really busy guy!

This is the first chapter of the famous action hero Klaus Lee. He was the role model for Colt Seavers, he made Chuck Norris walk as a toddler and prepared some water for Bruce Lee. He dated all Charlie's Angels at the same time in the same restaurant at different tables and he taught Steve McQueen how to drive a car. We are honored to work with him.
Strap on your experimental jetpack and fly through caves, dodge nasty insects, temple traps, and other hazards. But beware: fuel is not an infinite resource.
The unknown creators of the secret temples build puzzles to keep intruders out of their sacred caves. Are you smart enough to solve them?
Riddles aren't the only thing keeping unwanted visitors away, you have to prove your skills against cursed walls, chasing spirits, moving stones, and other threads.

So, H.E.R.O. and Rick Dangerous finally have a baby - Klaus Lee. Thx for all the 8-bit memories and positive frustation. Love it! Clever and past due with intelligent new features like fuel refill, dynamite collection and duke nukem like cloloured keys for diffrent gates. Enjoyed every level (several times) so far and will try out the editor, too.11 found this helpful
I'm surprised this game isn't more popular, it's very well made and has surprisingly high production values for a cheap indie game.7 found this helpful
If you liked H.E.R.O. on Atari 2600 or Dangerous Dave on MS-DOS, you should buy this game!3 found this helpful

Klaus Lee – Thunderballs is an incredibly well-designed game with a great sense of momentum and genuinely engaging level design. The sound and art direction complement each other perfectly, while the overall user experience feels polished, smooth, and satisfying. The UI looks fantastic, and the ability to create your own levels is an awesome addition that gives the game even more replay value. I keep coming back for a few more rounds, and every time I find myself motivated all over again to push forward and reach the next biome. A fantastic hidden gem on Steam that absolutely deserves more attention. Thanks for creating such a great experience!
