The art, the action-adventure and the retro feel were all on point, but unfortunately the sokoban style puzzles were an absolute chore and almost made me give up on this game. If you still want to play this, I would recommend using the dev's puzzle guide to get through them. There is no gradual puzzle difficulty. It is simply level one in the first dungeon and then level 100 in the next one and so on. If it was just the code puzzles and some light, gradual slide puzzles, it wouldn't be the headache that it is.

Got turned around so many times... That I have no idea where anything is anymore. But... Still a fun lil game. Humor appreciated. ^-^

Basically a NES/SNES Zelda game, but with no overworld and some puzzles - tough ones, actually. The game wears its inspiration and limitations on its sleeve, and is priced fairly. Note, the R key or select/back on a controller resets block puzzles. This is an easily-missed "tutorial" that can cause a ton of frustration. Pros: 1.) Simple, easy, chill game 2.) Pixel graphics. Enough said 3.) Reminds me of old school Zelda games Cons: 1.) No story, not a lot of depth 2.) Short game Game is totally worth every penny and I've already had a blast playing this. I'm definitely going back for more.
