The game requires a patch from the official website in order to access the adult content. Several of the achievements are also locked behind the adult content, so that's worth keeping in mind. The kinks are violent, so it's certainly not for everyone. Overall, it's like a 5/10 for me. Gameplay is boringly basic, and the mechanics are not all that impressive, with the story and characters being rather short and simple. It's ok.
