The game you will love to make your friends play. In Lab 77 you play as Specimen S539-77, making your way through the challenges of Lab 77's modular test chambers under the supervision of the Director. Place versions of yourself to bridge gaps between platforms, collect lab notes, avoid dangers in the test chambers and complete your training.Strategically maneuver your way through 77 test chambers to complete your training. Pick up collectible lab notes in each chamber to learn about the lore of Lab 77, the enigmatic Dr. Leitner and the daily issues faced by staff at Lab 77. Gameplay:Fast paced, careful and strategic gameplay is the core of Lab 77's gameplay. You will want to pay close attention to each level, especially on hard mode where the number of placements per level is heavily limited. It is suggested to complete the tutorial and the game on easy or medium mode before taking on hard mode. Inputs:
- Move using A/D on your keyboard or the left joystick/D-pad on your Xbox controller.
- Jump using Space on your keyboard or the A button on your Xbox controller.
- Place using Return on your keyboard or the B button on your Xbox controller.

- Reset to previous checkpoint on death

Honestly if you look past the story and the weird lo-fi art, the game is technically sound. It's fun, it made me learn, it felt hard but forgiving. All things that made gameplay great. It took me a little less than an hour to beat but I want to play it again. I would say it's worth giving it a shot :) It's unique and worth giving a coin to your specimen to see what's next in store for Lab 77.2 found this helpful

Optimising placements scratches the monkey brain itch ඞ
This is quite a nice and simple game, you can have quite a bit of fun trying to figure out the shortest route to solve the puzzles. I also liked the aspect of finding the lore pieces as you solve the puzzles.
Interesting little game with good charm and endless gameplay!
This game is a nice entry into the indie collection of platformers. The jumping is extremely reactive and the mechanics throughout are fantastic. Visually the game is simple and reactive to your movements. If you're looking for a good game to play for a few hours to kill time or to practice your 2D platformer movement this is it. As this is a first game from the dev there are still a few small things that can happen. Your respawn can actually lock you into position. The double jumping mechanic can also be hard to understand. I recommend this game if you're looking to play something that's fun, has an interesting backstory, and overall is a creative addition to the world of small indie studio gaming.
