Lady's Escape

Visual Novel is misleading.... visual two page summary of a short story is more like it. I got the first "ending" in less than 5 minutes after 2 choices. Figuring that was a fluke, I tried again... and again. I think the longest route I found was 7 choices (and two of them were "stay in the room" while you wait for something to happen) and took maybe 10 minutes. $7 for this at full price is crazy. I got it on sale for $6 and that was way too much. For the actual amount of play time, a buck would be a fair price.

Can't lie, this game is very short, but I enjoyed it so I give it a thumbs up. Everyone making games has to start somewhere, and this isn't a bad attempt. You have a couple choices to make at every decision point, and each one plays out a little differently. Most lead to a dead end, but figuring out the way to proceed is the fun part here. The artwork is alright and the animated scenes, while short, I'd say are good enough. Plus you get some variety in them. I wish the author all the best and I'll be keeping an eye out for their future games. You have potential and I'd love to see what you can do when making a longer game, maybe with multiple potential routes (sneaky, confrontational, seductive? and that's just one way to divide them, there's lots more) Cheers to the lady and on her night of adventure.

More like a demo or a prologue than a complete game. The story explains nothing — just vague hints at a mystery that ultimately goes nowhere. The art is nice, but that's it.

Artwork is gorgeous, the main point that I liked about this game, and Eva (and the other girls to an extent) is amazingly drawn, as well as sexy. I wish there were more routes with the girls, not just the guys. It's the dev's first game, and very short (less than 20 minutes long), but it's also extremely cheap and fairly priced. Story is fine, nothing to write home about. I believe their next games will be better, specially if they continue with this artstyle. I hope to see more of Eva.

I will say at least they had it set at only $5 but its not even worth that, the art is good but game was done within 20 minutes, Game might be worth like one or two dollars but that would be it.
