About Laruaville 14

Touch the Oriental Wisdom from the ancient sage himself and build him a town!
!!!!We’ve decided to significantly refresh this series of games, so the game mechanics of this game has lots of changes, including a power-up system and some new mechanics which you’ve never seen in our games before.
As usual, there’s also some bonus games: Blocks, Mahjongs, Spot the difference and Hidden Object scenes. And you can replay your favorite levels!
And, of course, there's a town to build!

I have loved LGT SIA's games from the very beginning and I always look forward to the next. However, I find the new Laruaville 14 is making me frustrated and more than often willing to give up. For me, the working to make combo bombs gets just too frustrating, as you have no idea what will come next, as every time you make a combo, the tiles slit down and what you thought was a good thing coming, turns out it really reaaly wasn't. Maybe it's just me. But I'd like to see some of the old features combined more with the new. So perhaps one could use ones stratedical skills a bit more, please. Othwerwise; a good game, but hope the next will do better. Kind regards

I have all of the Laruaville, Spellarium, and Cursed House games this developer makes and after 35 games total, am really pleased this game got a pretty big makeover with the new mechanics and graphics, because even with a unique M3-puzzle concept, you can only do the same thing so many times before it starts getting old. I keep telling myself that as often as these games come out now, that I'm going to just pick my preferred theme and play only that one if they're all going to be "more of the same". But LGT SIA never ceases to amaze me with their ideas for keeping games fresh, and this ended up being one of my favorite Laruaville games. You have 100 M3-puzzle levels of needing to collect all the coins in the playfield to win, with a plethora of obstacles and widgets to use in order to get to all the coins. If you've played some of these games before, most of the gadgets will be familiar, but the new twists of having rising lantern pieces and powerups now only being generated on levels with powerup-making tiles brings in new challenges and makes this Laruaville a true puzzle game and not the walk in the park some of the earlier installments of the series were. I had heard else…

I have played all the games in this series and all the Cursed House games too, so I am familiar with all the mechanics and mini games, etc. This game is more of the same (which I like) but has some differences too (which I'm not liking as much). The game feels like more of a "grind" because you have to make specific matches to get specific power-ups, in the correct spot, and that can take a while. My game time is inflated because I have walked away, waiting for the "Hey, looks like you have a problem, do you want to skip this level?" prompt to come up. I do like the look of the new icons but I'm not a fan of the floating "flares" or not getting rewarded for matches of 5 or 6 unless they're of a specific icon. That said though, I am working my way through the game and enjoying the challenges for the most part. I do like the option to skip the mini games because after a while I just don't want to spend time on them. I am always looking for more games in these series because they are challenging and fun (despite some personal dislikes).

"Laruaville 14" is a great match-3 game with unique mechanics and minigames (Mahjong, unblock puzzles, spot the difference and hidden object games). It runs flawlessly and it will stimulate your brain! A very tricky match-3 with power-ups and unique ways to solve the puzzles. Help the cute ghosts build a town for an ancient sage all while discovering the Oriental Wisdom! The levels themselves are hard but leave an impression and above all they are fun. So you will be glad it wasn't a piece of cake that required no thinking and ended in 10 minutes. The visual effects, animations and music will help a lot in keeping you calm and focused on the task at hand. If you are stuck, you can use the hint system, which I find very good, comprehensive and helpful. On top of that, they have added a beautifully crafted grimoire as help. It will keep you busy for hours but without overstaying its welcome and you can always replay it due to its nature. Featuring different modes, minigames and building your town! LGT SIA still keeps things fresh with making minor and major changes to the match-3 genre with every game entry! This time, we get new graphics and animations. Most importantly, we get ne…
