RPG inspired by classic Gameboy RPGs like Pokemon and SaGa (Final Fantasy Legend). After a little tutorial segment, it just drops you into a world lets you go anywhere. Lots of quests everywhere and tons of options to develop your team so you can win the matches for badges and unlock more progression. It's the kind of game where you can just mess around and experiment. I would recommend this to anyone who likes Gameboy RPGs and would like to experience a modern take on it. Graphics are honestly nice because it really feels like Gameboy graphics, and there's lots of variety in the sprites. Music is kind of strange, different tracks are made in different styles. I would prefer it to sound a bit more like Gameboy.2 found this helpful
Letalis is a fascinating game so far! I haven't finished it yet and there are still a few bugs to work out, but the devs are amazing regarding feedback and fixes and ultimately it's been a fun experience. The art style is a fun retro aesthetic, the strategic aspect of the game is interesting although I haven't quite gotten the hang of it, and to be frank the music- albeit simple- is pretty catchy!1 found this helpful

Great old-school fun, solid combat, simple and fun soundtrack and the world exploration has loads of secrets to find by intuiting or piecing together hints. An example without giving any spoilers - If you're walking through any given area and say to yourself "one of these things is not like the other", chances are that is intentional and something to investigate instead of being a red-herring. GLORY OR DEATH!1 found this helpful
I straight up am having a fun time with Letalis. You create your main character and they recruit gladiators to fight, most of your fights will be either random battles or paid for in-town battles (which are safe from permadeath) but the permadeath mechanic is not the end of the world in Letalis, it's not difficult for a new gladiator to catch up (including animals you can catch in random encounters), also gladiators have classes and it's important to keep an eye on their gender for two classes only, the Valkyrie and Templar. Everything else is for everyone else, but it's not necessarily bad to have a male valkyrie or female templar, there's other good reasons to have them. Get the game, for the price ($12.00 CAD) you are getting a good time, I'd pay up to $20.00 for this. I also like the idea to make the game in gameboy graphics!1 found this helpful
