4 GAME MODES, to mix things up a little
Mowing Payday
- Mow grass for pocket money, and kill each other to steal cash.
- Only the king can mow grass. Kill the king to become the king.
- Win rounds by being the last player still alive. When you're out of lives, your out of the round.
- Win rounds by killing opponents in a classic lawnmower joust to the death.
6 UNIQUE ARENAS, each with their own theme, layout and hazards.
Backyard
- A simple, fenced backyard for uninterrupted carnage.
- 2 lawns divided by a busy street road. Watch out for the passing cars.
- Swimming pools are great fun in the sun, but remember; lawn mowers don't float.
- There's a lot of grass to mow, if you can see through the eerie fog.
- Push your opponents off the edge to send them falling to their death.
- Relax. Clear your mind. Become one with nature. Now, mow...

Goofy little budget combat mower game that plays well enough and has a sense of humor. Thankfully has decent bots, multiple arenas, and multiple game modes, so there's a reason to own it as a solo player. The best game mode is where you try to mow more lawn than your opponents, which gets colored in your character's color or re-colored over by opponents. Here's my experience with this game: 1. Loaded it up, thought the studio logo was cute. 2. Went through the tutorial. Gameplay was fine but sound design is horrendous. Mowers sound terrible, sound effects are annoying and grating. 3. Opened the menu, navigated to Audio options. Turned sfx down. Clicked "confirm" and the screen resolution changed to, like, 640x480. Sides of widescreen are cropped off. What the hell? 4. Tried to find a screen resolution option *anywhere* in the menu. Can't tell if it's just not there, or if it's cropped off the sides of the screen and inaccessible. Game is now permanently in ultra-low resolution with no way to fix. 5. Looked for an INI file or anything in the game install directory to fix resolution. No luck. 6. Restarted the game and poked around the menus, marveling at how horrible the sound design is; even here. Mousing around the menu triggers a 'click' sfx that stacks infinitely, absolutely blowing out the music and wreaking havoc on the ears. 7. Logged five minutes so I could leave this review, and now I'm headed to refund.1 found this helpful
Well this one is different. Great party game. Plenty of fun chaos. Great for finding out which of your friends wants to diligently work their way through mowing and which of your friends just want to mow you down! Great fun for the price. Worth your time any moey.1 found this helpful
This isn't normally the type of game I play. That said, with good controls, smart opponents, giant bladed lawnmowers and explosive inky chaos... What's not to like?1 found this helpful
This game would be a steal at twice price! Such a better game than farming simulator 2019 could ever be.
