About Limbs
Limbs is a one to two player dexterity game where you take control over the limbs of a string puppet. Immerse yourself in a handcrafted world where moving each limb individually makes for challenging but rewarding and hilarious gameplay. Playfully swing, jump and manually walk as best as you can through a knackered kingdom while progressing through a story inspired by puppet theater storytelling.
Control two limbs at a time: In single player you switch the control between arms and legs, while in two player mode both players take control over one arm and one leg.
Make your limbs work together to master a unique gameplay loop: Even if the tasks you perform would be easy in another game, the coordinative nature makes them challenging.
You choose how to move your character: Just like a real puppeteer all character motions are under your control.
Intuitive cooperative gameplay: After a while players start to get in tune with each other and perform actions together even without communicating verbally.

Sadly coop does not work when one person is playing on steam deck and the other with controller at pc. So can't recommend if this is your setup. Can't play it sadly.1 found this helpful
Ridiculous and entertaining.
I was recommended this game, and was extremely excited to play with my partner, as we love a co-op couch game and this looked exactly our cup of tea. Unfortunately it is completely unplayable for two player (on the same device). Different controllers, keyboard and mouse, we could not get the game to play. I can't recommend this game in it's current state, and based on the last update was from December 3rd 2024, between Steam OS and other updates, I think the game has gone into disrepair. I only had 20 minutes of play time trying to get the game to work, and no luck at all. I'm also shocked Steam have left the 'Verified' badge on the game. I wish I could have given this a upvote and if the game becomes playable I'll happily remove this review.
Could have been a good game, but the multiplayer controls don't work. Could not find any way to use controllers via remote play - one user is always locked out, no matter what the settings are.
I have no idea what just happened but it was fun
The idea of this game is good, and if it works, it is fun to play. The problem is the "if" it works! More often than not, my friend and I could not play this game because Steam Remote Play did not function, which is what Limbs uses for online multiplayer. So sadly, I cannot recommend this game to anyone who wants to play it online with a friend.
