About List: Game of Candles

“List: Game of Candles” is a single player first-person horror game that takes your character back to grandma’s house. As a requirement of your inheritance you must survive five nights in her home. She’s left you with a set of instructions to aid in your survival - but you have to choose your difficulty and make sure you keep up with all the tasks on her list - much more than once. List will get your adrenaline pumping by managing all of these horrible household tasks such as keeping candles lit, feeding the thing in the basement and making sure that baby doll doesn’t make it to the door - but be sure to never turn your back on an open window - or else. Packed full of jump scares and frightening sound and lighting effects List combines all of your worst childhood nightmares with fast-paced gameplay. You’ll have to play more than once to survive.

This game takes some time to get used to. Use the candles to your advantage and listen closely for the sound cues. if you enjoy FNAF and event management in a spooky atmosphere you will enjoy what this game has to offer. Be sure to use the clues around you to learn what to do. Place the candles strategically and survive the night. I give this game a 3.5 shady unicorns out of 5. Great game idea from this indie dev. Needs some slight tweaking in the mechanics. Super fun otherwise.

Really nice horror game! I loved the whole atmosphere. Really pulled me in. Has good jump scares but I cannot wait to see if others get added. Highly recommend it! If they ever add co-op it would be amazing.

I assumed that this game would be a bit more of a solve-the-mystery horror game but it's more of a surveillance survival in the same vein as the FNAF game. Pros: Fun different elements to monitor Get progressively difficult in a good natural way Multiple difficulties to add to replayability Cons: TO HECK WITH THAT BABY The storyline is told in the note and answers machine messages that are kinda just ok There have been multiple games with similar premises. It's a pretty solid game and I think if you like the genre it's 100% worth a look. I give it 7/10 Candles.

Game play was good if you like FNAF type games. Needs more graphic settings though. About melted my graphics card. I am no computer expert but V-sync and being able to cap frame rate would be some things I would guess that would help.

There's something about this game that is absolutely unsettling while you play. The tutorial was creative and I had a blast playing it on stream for my community. The replay ability is similar to Phasmo, Devour, and Boo Men. The only critique I had was the lack of v-sync options in the settings. I lost some frames while streaming and my PC is more than capable to handle this game. Changing around the graphic quality helped a little, but there were some instances that I still lost frames. Can't wait to see what happens with this game in the future. It would be so much fun to play with other people as well! Maybe a multiplayer option? *This copy was provided through Keymailer.*
