A solid puzzle game where you have to use various objects like crystals, mirrors and torches to light up every square of the field. Some of the bigger levels rely a bit too much on just trying out everything, but you can pierce every solution together by yourself if you are patient enough. For the cheap price, it is a decent puzzle and a somewhat fun way to spend an hour or two!1 found this helpful
This review will focus more on the potential this developer has rather then the actual game. It is a good casual puzzler and if I didn't play Lighton 1 & 2 I would leave it at that, just another good puzzler. You can see that the ideas are there but they all came across as massively underdeveloped. 5 levels of one mechanic and poof on to the next one so by the time I finished the game I really wanted to play some more complex levels, sadly there were only 1 or 2. It could've and should've been a game on the level of Lighton games but in the end we got a casual puzzler with interesting concepts that didn't really go anywhere, The game looks better and sound better but the end product is just not good enough. That is what happens when you set the standards pretty high. It is a good game and for the asking price I guess it is worth your time.1 found this helpful
Even so, 2-3 levels felt more like guesswork; the rest was okayish. For the 0.99 I paid, it was a nice short puzzle game.
It's a nice and simple puzzle game with a simple objective, just light up all squares in the room. The mechanics are simple, but sometimes it's not easy to combine them. The puzzles themselves are not too difficult, but don't underestimate them... all you need is to think a little bit, really. I do enjoy puzzle games, but I'm not the sharpest tool in shed so it took me a while. Go for it if all you want is to kill some time, it's a nice and simple game.
Too much guesswork makes it tedious.
Fun puzzle game. Really good for the price. It throws in new concepts here and there. It's a shame this doesn't have a level editor, but there's still a lot to like. :)
