We played this on stream last night and oh my god what a stinker I have nothing good to say about this "game" The foreign voice acting was fine I guess but the "regular" voice acting in this game was terrible The volume was bad, the "gameplay" was abysmal, the story was fine but completely drawn out for no reason, nothing happens in the whole game, they fail at a jumpscare or two. There's about 2 minutes of "gameplay" which is just an old flash game of moving a cursor, there's like only a minute of clicking pictures, and then the rest is all text/voice segments It's the worst kind of visual novel at the end of the day I'm not a fan at all and I can't imagine how anyone else would be either. Who on earth is paying 5 bucks for this and thinking it's a good game or even able to recommend it? A lovely game, the analog horror vibe is really felt and good, it's a shame the gameplay is very short, but overall it's a great game👌

Very disappointing game 4/10. Way too much of your time in this game is spent listening to horrible voice acting, or playing this stupid hacking mini game that really only serves to add playtime to the game. Unfortunately because it seems like English is not the first language of the devs, or at least the voice actors, all the dialogue really does is break immersion. It has a good aesthetic but it is the definition of good idea poor execution. The scares are few and far between, not to mention barely scary, and the photos while uncomfortable, really do get old after the first few.

I bought this game during the summer sale but I'm still disappointed, sigh. Very short, plot inexistant, the voice don' line up correctly with the text displayed, delayed, so the voice might be already screaming while you're still reading previous dialogue. I see the charm, if only it was longer and more polished. The pictures are fun, but it gets too easy to spot the creature. I haven't finished the game yet, since there's no saving option. For the full price NOT WORTH IT, if cheap, 1-2$, then maybe, only maybe, if you don't expect much.

i've had this game in my library for a while because the concept sounded interesting, but i got severely disappointed. the gameplay loop is either clicking on an image (with a very obvious correct choice), or listening to calls with only subtitles shown on a black background to distract you from mind numbing boredom. i understand that the voice actors did what they could, but there is only so much to be done when nothing else is happening. in general the gameplay is more like a visual novel with a bland version of a scary maze minigame, but the novel is simply uninteresting to listen to. the plot didn't seem to really go anywhere and, to be fair, was barely even existent. the main part that really sold me on leaving a bad review is the usage of AI to generate the images in game. initially i was wondering if the pictures were stock images or if the people consented to their pictures being used, but instead the credits revealed the photos to be nothing but generated by AI. insanely bad business practice if you ask me. on an unrelated but very important note: this game gets a 0 out of 10 in motion sickness - 10 being the worst. that wasn't all that hard to achieve though, given tha…
