"Loving You Fully" is not a game, it's an e-book that's been dumped on Steam masquerading as a game. As a visual/interactive novel, this doesn't feature any notable gameplay, it's just a lot of clicking through badly written dialogue that would never have been accepted or published in print, which poses the question, "How did something this badly written end up on Steam?". When someone hoping to become an author is unable to get published in print, they spend $100 and dump their high school fan-fiction onto Steam, under the guise of a game. While this e-book deviates from the normal topic that most e-book fan-fictions on Steam covers (the author and his imaginary girlfriend), the topic here is somewhat worse as it tackles obesity from the absolute worst perspective (intuitive eating/HAES fans line up, this is definitely the cringe fan-fiction for you!). The writing is bad, rife with spelling and grammatical errors, and of course this offers absolutely nothing of value to PC gamers. This was slapped together with the godawful Ren'Py visual novel construction kit... enabling terrible authors to publish books as if they were games when otherwise we might have been spared the poll…

I don't really think I am qualified to properly review this. Still, it brought me to the verge of tears. Both because of unfair treatment of people, and the joy of loving yourself. Idk. Doesn't cost you anything. Maybe you'll see yourself or others in a kinder light.

We need more of these type of games in the world.

(idk why steam reset my playtime the first time I played through it actually took me around 30-35 minutes to fully complete the game) but anyways it's just like the description says, this is a short and sweet coming of age game about an 18 year old Black plus-sized woman who takes online courses for college learning to feel confident about herself and her body.

I loved this visual novel! It was definitely on point and very realistic. I loved the characters and the way it flowed. I feel like there are so many people who goes through this or some type of flaw they don't like about themselves. I also love and appreciate the fact that the characters were Black with a message that didn't have anything to do with their race and it was something positive.
