About Lucky Mayor

In this roguelike mayor simulation game, you will become the leader of a city, taking on the role of a mayor. Your task is to recruit citizens, promote business prosperity, and establish a comprehensive industrial chain to meet the diverse needs of the population. Through wise planning and decision-making, transform your city into a thriving supercity that citizens take pride in, and become their admired leader!
We have an extensive deck of cards, currently with over 150 citizens available for use, each with their unique abilities and preferences.

You need to meet the citizens' preferences to earn coins and, by the final deadline, obtain enough coins to prove that you are a capable mayor.
We also have a wide range of items and different difficulty levels to enrich your gaming experience, and the development team will continue to provide updates for even more game content.

Please follow us on Discord, and we will be delighted to hear your thoughts and feedback on the game.

✦ AI summary

Players find the game charming and addictive with good replayability and potential for creative deck-building combos, but are frustrated by numerous bugs and unclear card mechanics that undermine the strategic experience. Common issues include cards not functioning as described, unexplained resident interactions, and random events without clear cause-and-effect feedback, making it difficult to plan effective decks. While some appreciate the concept, the combination of mechanical inconsistency and lack of transparency about how mechanics work creates confusion that detracts from the core gamepl

A fun game but there are too many bugs and no support to fix them. Multiple cards do not operate as they state which makes a deck building game unusable; as it ruins quite a few paths for deckbuilding.

Pretty addictive but there's a lot of small annoyances. I've had instances where residents will get removed without owning any residents that remove others (I've had JellyBean man removed despite no resident claiming to remove him); Although this could be chalked up to the game not being fully transparent on how every resident works (like Vampire converting Chemist despite not being listed.) Just in general it seems like a lot of things happen at random without a clear indicator of what caused it. More variety in the scenarios could also help, but otherwise there's a lot of playtime to be extracted from this one despite the grievances.

Charming, but not fun. I didn't get into the gameplay loop. I normally love games like this, but it didn't feel like I could build a deck that made sense. Feels like it is close, but not quite a fun game.

It's an attempt at a more strategic Luck Be a Landlord. Even if you have a perfect setup you'll still have many a time that the buyer appeared before the producer so you get inventory bloat instead of good income, so let the buyer beware.
