This game showed some potential early on but it never came to fruition, and the addition of incredibly invasive "anti-cheat" measures in a EULA hidden from Steam puts it over the edge. Do not buy or play this game.23 found this helpful
I bought this game thinking it would be a fun time playing a Hades/Animal Crossing game. Plus the aesthetic is great. However, when I started playing it and spent more time than I care to admit just fishing in the beginning, I discovered after doing my first mission that the weapon I had unlocked was not available. And when I returned to base, it wasn't there to be purchased anymore either. But then I unlocked it again for purchase, but I had to get two more of the rare fish I had already used. I also saw that one of the fish I needed for another weapon that I had one of had also disappeared. And after another mission I also saw that the upgrades I made using the Soulsparks had reset, but the Soulsparks I had used were still gone too. There is a good game here, but with issues like these stunting my progression of the game, I can't in good faith recommend it. And from what I read online, the devs have moved onto other games so I don't know if the issues I was having will ever be fixed.22 found this helpful
I love everything about this game, but the gameplay just doesn't keep me coming back. The art is amazing, I listen to the music outside of the game, the characters are fun and have great personality, I love the building of your town and roaming around doing quests for your little guys. But then you go into a mission using the same weapon you've used every mission before. You get drops that really dont change anything other than you might get a better element on your weapon. Most upgrades you're going to pick in-mission are minor boosts. And upgrading your weapon outside of the mission requires you to do so many missions for the resources that you're burned out before you're even there. I love picking up the game, but every time I actually start one of the missions it just doesn't feel satisfying. The combat is fun, the enemies are interesting and have some personal skills, but after 4 missions you get the feeling you've basically seen it all. And after a few more missions that feeling does not go away. That's when you realize that the most important thing about games is novelty. I honestly gave it a good go and tried to pick it up again after dropping it a few times, but I really…10 found this helpful
Lynked Banner Of The Spark Score: 7/10 Lynked Banner Of The Spark is essentially a PG Hades-Like but with Town Builder, Co-Op and a Character Creator that revolves around a future earth in which bots have become the dominant species and humans are a rarity, a evil bot is trying to take over the world and it's up to you and your bot friends to stop them. [PRO'S] -Has character creator, male/female, hair, skin, eye color etc. and you can change your look at any time with a in game mirror, different outfits and bot looks etc. -Has town building which is pretty well made and fleshed out, it's seamless and lots of choice of decorations and such -Fishing is pretty good, it's fast, fun and simple which is how i like my fishing mini games -Music is fine -Combat is decent enough, dodge n roll, various weapons to choose from such as swords, axes, spears, fists and various others -Gameplay is similar to Hades where each run you choose a random of set of mods for your weapons similar to boons except in this game these mods have to be crafted or bought back at your town [Neutral's] No Score Change From These -Games pretty PG, which makes it good for kids and teens but might be a bit too tame…1 found this helpful

This is the first game that I played that combines fighting with town aspects. I can bash stuff, while my wife focuses on planning and building. We both like those aspects, but one gets bored of the other. It's cute while, actually, providing some good combat. Fishing, bot catching, mining/logging makes for a good time. You add missions and combat and I have nothing bad to say. Solid game, really.
