Madness Fantasy

Played the game for about 2 hours. Here's my thoughts. Take RPG maker, drop GTA into it, add in some Earthbound-like vibes and potty humor and you get Madness Fantasy. The game is pretty easy to get into and the developer made sure the interface was straight-forward. The story starts off a tad on the slow side, but you get the gist of it pretty quick and going along for the ride with our heroes(?) is entertaining. Like I said, there's potty humor. The kind revolving around poop and burps. But the way the game is, the humor fits. The story is a series of fetch-quest style events, each quest almost being a mini-game in of itself. The concept of your entire party being available and each character being switched out as the main for each quest is a nice touch. There is also a side-quest option to unlock extras if you want to get a more open-world feel and not just follow the story. There's some obvious typo and grammar issues that are really glaring at times, but I think this is partially because the game developer was working into English as a secondary language. There's even a couple of characters in English language mode that still speak Italian and I can't tell if it's a missed …

This game needs far more attention, as it's really interesting and funny. I got burned out on playing turn based RPGs, when I found this one and... Nothing will ever be the same anymore. In a good way. It was made by a person who really cared about the project and it's really well written and REALLY funny too! Especially since some people have hard time laughing at things (ahem...), this game never fails me... I meant those people. I even went and told some of the parts/jokes to others and they loved it too. So it's not just me! Okay, it's not turn based. If it does, it will be for a part. I haven't finished the entire game, which is really great. I have so much more to do! I like the upbeat music and the friends and their hilarious... adventures. Absolutely no spoilers, but one moment you could be fighting... Another playing a really familiar mini game. It's constantly something different/funny and crazy. XD OH! There is a "Free Mode" too, so you can get familiar and explore things. I spent hours in there and still hadn't finished everything. GOOD. My friend kept eyeing the game too, taking interest in it. С первых минут погружаешься в атмосферу тайн и интриг, где каждое решение имеет вес. Боевая система, хоть и не самая инновационная, отлично справляется со своей задачей, предоставляя тактическую глубину и удовлетворение от победы над сильными противниками. Особенно порадовала система крафта и развития персонажа — она дает огромное пространство для экспериментов и создания уникального героя. Графика, возможно, не самая передовая, но стилистически выдержана и прекрасно дополняет общее впечатление. Диалоги прописаны на высочайшем уровне, персонажи живые и запоминающиеся. Поиск секретов и побочных квестов может занять десятки часов, но это лишь menambah ценности игре. Рекомендую всем, кто ищет настоящее приключение!

Awesome casual RPG with a great story line. If you like GTA when it was a top down game the gameplay is somewhat similar to that but with it's own flavor. Highly recommend this under rated gem!!
