A shmup that's easier than most in the genre. Very beginner friendly, would recommend to Kobayashi fans! The main incentive for playing is to collect pieces for unlocking full illustrations, which are RNG based obviously but still fun nonetheless. 초보자도 쉽게 즐길 수 있는 불릿헬! 코바야시 팬분들께 강력 추천함요. 일러스트 조각 모으는 재미가 쏠쏠합니닷 (랜덤이지만 재밌음)!

Didn't really need to play this for very long to write a review as it's quite bare bones. I'm mixed but leaning Positive ONLY because i got it for very cheap. IF YOU ARE A FAN OF KOBAYASHI'S DRAGON MAID: This game is worth playing imo ONLY if you can grab it on sale for atleast 30% or more off. The voice acting is right from the anime and the art is well done. Set it on Easy Mode and low Risk and just enjoy the story and character's interactions, it'll be fine. IF YOU ARE A FAN OF SHMUPS: I'd avoid the game. It's very much targeted for fans of the anime, and if you haven't seen it you won't care for the story/characters and the jokes and references made, alongside character banter. One of the biggest appeals to play is the Gallery/CG Rewards of the characters in cute art and the like, so without a connection to the anime, you'll have very little here in terms of actual SHMUPage. It's just meh for SHMUP standards. It's honestly pretty brutally difficulty on the higher difficulties if you like that out of a SHMUP for some reason since there's no slow button and you have to learn the speeds of 3 different characters at all times. I know, I know, I wasn't expecting the "perfect game" right away, which took some of the weight off my hopes and anxiety... but overall... the game is EXCELLENT, I know it's not a ZZZ or a Genshin Impact level, but what matters is that this game is good? Yes, but it's made with care (metaphorically speaking). There are companies (like one that starts with "E" and ends with "A", and another that starts with "ubi" and ends with "soft") that were putting in a lot of commercial stuff like ads (or studying about it, until our God Gabe said he was going to ban it on Steam (or already banned it)). I like this Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid game, and that it's made with a purpose... and they simply put care into it. The game itself is brilliant, and yes... I will highly recommend it lmao <3
