This one's the price of a coffee and the gameplay loop/mechanics are reasonably interesting and unique. Solid marks there. I think right now I see this as a neat little toy for maybe 5 - 10 hours which for the asking price is a steal. I also think that it has potential to be something really, really, [b]really[/b] addicting. Unfortunately there [b]are[/b] some odd... bugs? Choices? I'm honestly not that sure. For example you can go into the settings in the esc menu to see the full details of your stats during a run, which is great! ...but then it closes as soon as you start a new wave, and you have to go back into the settings to reopen it every time. It feels so unintuitive and clunky that it really made me think it was a bug. Additionally the basic mouse click weapon doesn't recharge on normal speed - you have to increase the game speed to 2x for the bar to refill so you can actually clear enemies. Again, felt like a bug. I could be wrong on both, but feel is important, and these feel bad and weird and inhibit the experience. I failed 3 or 4 runs before I figured out that it was the game speed increase that was allowing the weapon to recharge, it was frustrating as hell. I also…1 found this helpful
