You accompany a family with a dog through North America and discover many great places along the way. If you’re not familiar with the developers, they’ve carved out a nice niche in the hidden object genre. Their games lean into family travel, with each series built around a different destination. One focuses on Europe, another spans the whole world, and this one takes you across America, with the added twist of exploring in a motorhome. The story isn’t really the main draw here, and nothing particularly dramatic happens. It simply follows a family, a married couple, their daughter, and their dog, as they prepare for the trip and then make their way across the country. Each stage opens with a few light, casual lines about where they are and what they’re up to, which gives it a relaxed, easygoing feel. Gameplay sticks to the classic hidden object formula. You search for items on busy scenes, with clues shown at the bottom of the screen. Most are straightforward word lists, but you’ll also come across silhouettes, items that need to be placed in the correct spot, and a few other small variations to keep things from feeling too repetitive. Every scene also includes star-marked spots. Clicking on them opens a close-up with a smaller area to explore, sometimes hiding additional items. …
