About My Academy's Special Place

Story

At the academy that our hero attends, his homeroom teacher also happens to be his older sister, Yaeka.

As an instructor, she is distinguished and very popular among the students.
Her only real flaws are that she's always drunk and kind of a slob when she's at home.

One of the hero's classmates is Maika, an exchange student and big Akiba nerd. Once classes are over, she's always inviting him to wandering about Akihabara with her.

At this point, the hero is used to seeing her buying up doujinshi and doujin games, a skewer of grilled squid in one hand.

He thought that these days would continue on forever.

But a sudden request for Maika to return to her home country changes everything.

Alongside Yaeka, who is also Maika's homeroom teacher, he tries to help Maika out, but...

With the "Academy's Special Place" as the stage, two love stories are about to begin.

This is the third and final game in the series!

I literally only read this because I'm a sucker for quirky nice weird girls like Maika (being a lewd Akiba nerd helps I guess?). Outside that this is just a shallow moe nukige (minus the nuki if you don't add Denpasoft's 18+ patch) with making up dumb quick reasons for characters to be close to each other and have sex a lot. Any melodrama is always put at the end of a route and is over with within 20-30 lines. Also the plot twists related to Maika's mom/family were dumb. I skimmed Yaeka, aka the older sister route, and uhh I'm not into incest routes and I think she was a kinda lame drunkard so I thought it was a waste especially since she and Maika already had to share a 4 hour VN between each other.

You can learn more from reading this VN than at an actual school.

Bro fumbled 'Oyakodon' opportunity as well as Shimaidon. Waste potential there. Other than that, good final installment to the series.

There was basically 2.5 routes: 1. Elder Sister 1.5 Elder Sister/Exchange Student (short route branching off Elder Sister Route) 2. Exchange Student This game was a little better (design wise) than My Little Sister's Special Place, or My Girlfriend's Special Place, in that it had two pursue-able heroines instead of just one. However, all three games would have been better if they were merged into one, IMO, as that would have added layers of complexity and replayability, as well as the possiblies of a harem ending, or a bad ending where you try to pursue more than one and fail. I was excited when the elder sister route hinted at the possibility of a Shimaidon (two sisters) Route, but disappointed when it didn't follow through. Likewise, I was disappointed when the Elder-Sister/Exchange-Student route ending after only one threesome, in which the exchange student didn't interact with the player character much at all. Otherwise a fun game, lots of sexy taboo sex scenes with the patch.

My Academy’s Special Place is a compact, intimate visual novel that leans fully into the melodramatic and provocative foundations of its premise, offering a polished but deliberately focused experience meant for readers who enjoy short romantic stories with an erotic edge. Developed by feng and brought to the West by Sekai Project, the game stands as the third entry in the “Special Place” trilogy, but it operates comfortably as a standalone title. Its structure is intentionally narrow: two heroines, two emotional tones, and a handful of endings that prioritize character intimacy over sweeping narrative ambition. The result is a VN that is sincere in its intentions—romantic, humorous, risqué, and emotionally light—even when playing with taboo relationships. At the center of the story is Youhei Nase, a fairly grounded protagonist whose world is shaped by two contrasting heroines. The first is Yaeka, his older sister who also happens to be his homeroom teacher. She embodies a duality that defines much of the game’s tone: at school she is graceful, adored, and impeccably professional; at home she is lazy, unrefined, and drinks far too much. This contrast creates a dynamic that is as c…
