Basura para degenerados financiada con el dinero del contribuyente Español. El juego parece hecho por un niño de 7 años con acceso a la versión free de claude.

Although the characters are well made and the background story is good, the choices, dialogue and storyline are very rushed, there's no buildup and some of the choices are more cringy than romantic, maybe this is more for others but its not for me.

While I didn't max it out, I played through every route and I feel like I tried everything this game had to offer. And honestly? It felt really mid. 5/10 While I'm glad to be able to support indie creators, I felt like the game wasn't worth its price (which, to clarify, wasn't that high!). I've played through a lot of free Visual Novels/Otome Games, and most of them offered more narrative depth than Mythic Love (some examples include: Cinderella Phenomenon base game, Halloween Otome, Re: Alistair, even Seduce Me saga, I feel, was comparably better). Characters felt underdeveloped, and their routes mirrored one another too much to feel narratively distinct. Sure, they each had some unique personality traits, but their motivations rang hollow and references to folklore seemed really surface level. I couldn't get into this aspect, which to me was the most appealing part of the premise, the so-called hook. It hooked me in, but offered no real pay off for my interest. I wanted them to be more whimsy, more complex -- even perhaps a bit creepy, actually monstrous considering their mythological origins. And I think people would be into it, just browse some tumblr or AO3 tags like #t…

Unfortunately the game is sitting dead in my library because I can't find a reason to continue playing the route I was interested in when I bought it. Tiago's route (and I assume Gaueko's) is so heavy handed in pushing Tiago's feelings for Gaueko on you that it makes MC feel like an awkward third wheel. The characters are cute and the dialogue can be charming, but if you're playing a VN looking for a monogamous male love interest then two of the three options are immediately off the table.

I’m posting this review after completing Coru’s route, and while playing it again with Juana. I WON’T STOP UNTIL GETTING MY HAPPY ENDING WITH ALL OF THEM. Mythic Love: Iberian Legends is just one of the funniest otome visual novels I’ve ever read. Some dialogue options are pure gold and all the characters, even the non-romanceable ones, are damn charismatic and lovely. Also, I really liked the plot and its conclusion. It reminded me of a certain novelist named NG who had an interesting point of view on how gods and myths survive across time. And that’s the only spoiler-free thing I can say! Extra points: gender selection for players and grrrreat nb representation, I loved Draaaac ❤️ Thanks for this amazing game!
